“I love this Rita’s because it’s so convenient but the past 2 times I’ve come here they’ve given me the wrong flavored ice and it’s upsetting because I keep spending money and get what I didn’t even order. I went tonight and the guy was working alone and very busy and I understand things happen, but I ordered root beer ice and got the cola ice, which was a treat for my dad who unfortunately didn’t like the cola (rightfully so as he was wanting root beer). Just disappointing.“

“Very smooth and creamy. Nice to have a unique semi private area away from hoards of people for a friendly and refreshing experience. They also have a place next door for period merchandise and a wealth of knowledge of the civil war period.“

“We had our first visit on 1/11/25, it definitely will NOT, be our last! My husband never had crepes, he is now a huge fan! Everything was amazing, I got the Spiced Chai Tea with the Strawberries and Cream Crepe. It was so big I couldn't finish. My husband got a coffee and Little Piggy Crepe, he's in love and already planning a day trip just to go to The Cottage Creperie! You gals Rock !“

“Went in on a hot day for some ice cream. Girl behind the counter, Lily, was so pleasant and made me feel so welcome. Very very happy with my service. She smiled and was cracking jokes with me and my friend. Tipped her well and hope to see her the next time I go in.“
