This place is so dirty inside and smells terrible. I immediately wanted to leave once I walked in, I was afraid to touch anything. The box the nuggets came in completely fell apart in my lap. The sauce container was full of oil and busted all over me when I opened it. I took one bite and ended up throwing everything away I was so frustrated and the bite I did have was nasty. The chicken was chewy and the sauce was terrible just full of oil.

I didn't even stay to eat! Smells like chicken rotting in a porta-jon in July. Nasty, dirty.

This place is horrible, it took 27 minutes to get food. And the night time manager on 8/1/25 was very rude and incapable of doing her job. She should be ashamed of herself

So it's a typical KFC.
But the standout is the service.
The woman working drive through was perhaps the nicest fast food worker I've met.

Walked in with an hour before closing and basically was told to leave. The place was trash and garbage all over. If at 9pm your going to tell people to leave and complain when people walk in maybe close or hire real people that will work a real shift. Terrible management.

Had only one fryer working. We were told that they could only cook crispy chicken and that it would take 15 minutes, it actually took about 30 minutes

I placed an order on the app today. And after I was called by the store and was told that they are closed for maintenance on a SATURDAY! I was told to cancel the order on the APP or Website and I couldn't do that. So I call the store back its self and it just rang and hung up on me! So I had to call the main customer service line and was told given the run around to get my money back which said up to 72 business hours! So my money won't get back to my bank until Wed! It would be nice if they would say that the store is closed on the APP so this wouldn't happen to people after they always say use the APP for discounts! Good luck getting me to come back for quite sometime!

If i could give it 0 stars I would. And we didn't even order food. Walked in, was slapped in the face with a stench of dirty carpets. Turned around and walked out. On the way out I glanced at the floor. Filth everywhere. Especially around the garbage can. Like months of not even attempting to clean. Ew
Absolutely the worst KFC experience ever. Waited a whole hour for food they said they don't have 1 hour before closing got cold food and was missing half my order

This place it was nice the women that work there lazy made me wait 10 minutes while they took another order and I was the only one standing in line it is just pathetic the way McDonald's and KFC and all the other fast food restaurants have just gone to 👊🤮🥱😴

Low staff workers. Waited for ever for food. Gave us 3 pieces of dark meat in a box. Never stated all dark meat. Chicken was small in size. Very disappointed
