So not only did they not have chicken this happened three times in a row now but the women who was taking the order in drive thru had a whole attitude for no reason cutting my mom off. I then tried calling to make a complaint they answer I couldn’t hear them then they hung up then declined my call when I tried again. It’s highly unprofessional that employees act this way

2nd time ordering here and definitely my last. First time they missed a few items in my order I called and they said they would “fix” it next time I would order. I no longer live in town so i decided to do Uber Eats thinking they can’t mess up, I was wrong. I should’ve known they would also miss a few items in my order. I ordered the chicken and tender feast which includes 6 chicken pieces and 6 tenders and two large sides. I did not receive the tenders. I paid a little over $40 for the meal only to have half of it missing. Did I mention they also forgot one of the large sides? Yup. Disappointed. Never again. If I could give this place -100000000000/10 I would. They really need to triple check the bags before sealing them and giving them to the customer and/or delivery drivers.

This place is so dirty inside and smells terrible. I immediately wanted to leave once I walked in, I was afraid to touch anything. The box the nuggets came in completely fell apart in my lap. The sauce container was full of oil and busted all over me when I opened it. I took one bite and ended up throwing everything away I was so frustrated and the bite I did have was nasty. The chicken was chewy and the sauce was terrible just full of oil.

This place is horrible, it took 27 minutes to get food. And the night time manager on 8/1/25 was very rude and incapable of doing her job. She should be ashamed of herself
So it's a typical KFC. But the standout is the service. The woman working drive through was perhaps the nicest fast food worker I've met.

Walked in with an hour before closing and basically was told to leave. The place was trash and garbage all over. If at 9pm your going to tell people to leave and complain when people walk in maybe close or hire real people that will work a real shift. Terrible management.
