My spouse had the fish sandwich, I had the Marry Me Chicken. Local wines and a great atmosphere. First time here and it's now part of our top three restaurants in town. Plenty of free parking and very affordable, a meal with adult beverages went off at $30 a person. Our server Lana was as sweet as peach pie. Speaking of peaches, Lisa got a peach old fashioned made with fresh local peaches. WOW! it was good.

I have gone to Hoof, Fin & Fowl twice now in 2 months and both meals have been perfect! Portions, taste, plating, selections they are on point. I have had the crab stuffed jumbo shrimp and Marry Me Chicken, as well as the crab dip appetizer. I highly recommend them!

I would say their smash burger was good. My husband raved about the bacon on it and loved that the brioche bun was big and perfect size for the big burger. Everything else was just a bit lacking.
The duck was not done well. Not flavorful. Sauce was completely separate. Beet salad... Citrus should've been peeled (to remove the white pithy stuff) and it tasted like bottle dressing vs something made in house. Mashed potatoes needed a little something.
There are so many exceptional places to eat in Gettysburg. I'm glad I tried this place but just not a fav. Waitress was super sweet and the service was good.

I'm extremely disappointed. We came on for the dining experience and left feeling completely judged and mistreated. As a previous member of the food service industry; I have never expected an establishment to treat paying customers in this fashion. We ordered drinks then food when asked about the temperature for my brother's pork chop he stated that he's never had that question and has never asked that question at which point he requested his pork to be cooked at 155 degrees. I'll also include he was working in a kitchen since 14 and has since retired. We reminded the server of my father's decaf coffee. Shortly after, a manager came to our table accusing us of making the server cry. Luckily, we had a couple sitting near us that came to our defense and stated that he was not being rude. He was simply asking a question. At which point the manager said ok and left the table. If it wasn't for that couple, we would have been kicked out. The food came, and my father requested another sprite with his meal and simply stated to the second young lady bringing our food that they had taken his glass. She, in return, said defensively that she didn't take his glass. She clearly took it personally, and this unfortunately was my last straw. I requested the check and boxes because at this point there's no point staying in a place that clearly has lack of customer service and care for their patrons. We're traveling and found this place thinking their menu is excellent for all of our tastes and left feeling that no matter how good the food was, it wasn't worth the experience. I wouldn't fault the server as she clearly is new to the industry, but all the other steps leading to it the check clearly showed the level of care for the patrons.

Went with drienda on a Thursday evening it was not busy food took forever only sandwiches and salads. Waitress never asked for refills on drinks only asked if food was ok. My sandwich was supposed to come with a side I got onion rings and only got a very few. If with a group only will give one check. Was disappointed since we had friends visiting that we took there. Will not be going back.

The food was delicious the service was great, thank you Susan. And the cost was very affordable! We had crab soup from the specials, calamari, and for dinner salmon and pork chops. The flavors all complimented each other and was very satisfying.
Recently dined at the Hoof, Fin & Fowl. The lodge interior and gas fireplace make for a cozy atmosphere. Ample portions of tasty food. The service is slow. Not gonna lie. My buddy and I were the only patrons, and we waited longer than I would have liked. I was served a can of beer that was almost four years old. This was taken off the menu, but really? Also, they were out of several items and no bread was served, as indicated on the menu. We'll return for the food knowing what to expect.

Great atmosphere, loved our food. Macee was amazing. This place deserves kudos. Read the negative responses and it's just due to people being to entitled and not wanting to wait for good service and food. Sorry you had to walk 20 feet to a bar and get your drink and bring it back yourself if you wanted alcohol, they at least have it available. The town goers are more and more about the bar scene as opposed to what actually happened here and it's sad. The bone in pork was amazing and my wife had the marry me linguine and she loves pasta,said this was amazing. Thank you again and keep doing what you're doing cause it's great.

Service was nonexistent. Internet menu outdated, they no longer serve lobster. Crab legs were small, and not meaty. Steak wad poorly cooked and tough. However, the french fries were good.
