The Manger, Kyra, is rude and obnoxious. she screamed at us last night when my 78 year old wife tried to order a salad. Kyra was like "we don't have salads. They haven't been on our menu for 4 years". There's a way to say it nicely instead of chastizing us. We aren't going back again. Where is sweet Dottie?
The manager always has an attitude with customers. Never a hello or smile.You walk in and you see her looking what customer is standing there and you can clearly see she is making comments to other employees.She does not like customers.Front door is mostly locked even after 8:00 AM for some reason.
Just picked up 2 chicken sandwiches..... they were dead 3 hrs ago.. couldn’t even bite them... the bun was burnt ... the dog didn’t even want it... what a waste of money!!!!

The burgers are juicy, cheese perfectly melted, and fries hot and crispy. The staff is professional, friendly, and dedicated to providing excellent service. Despite the occasional unusual customer requests, the employees handle it well and have a positive attitude, even singing along to memes. The restaurant has a nice, clean lobby compared to other locations. The $3 bundles and delicious double cheeseburgers are customer favorites.
