“I don’t know who the cashier was tonight, but let’s just say she could clearly say I was upset. I had to put my dog down earlier in the day and I ordered a medicine ball tea she wrote feel better queen you got this so she went above and beyond of what she had to do I wish I got her name before I left but every time I come here it’s always great customer service and tonight just topped it off with even better service than I could’ve ever imagined so thank you to this young lady and thank you Starbucks for making my day better!“

“I've been working at this Starbucks for the past year and there have been many ups and downs at this place, I've met people from all walks of life and I love it. And we haven't been on our A Game lately and I apologize on our behalf. But in order to get the best service, please be patient and respectful. The job description didn't say that there would people put money on the counter and get mad when you do the same with their change. Or people get upset at you because you're the only barista working and there's a line. There a little sign in our backroom that says, "Be the reason someone smiles today." Everyone makes mistakes, We're human to.“
