I swear every time I go to a different Starbucks my venti iced peach green tea lemonade does NOT hit the same. Matt is incredible“

“I've been working at this Starbucks for the past year and there have been many ups and downs at this place, I've met people from all walks of life and I love it. And we haven't been on our A Game lately and I apologize on our behalf. But in order to get the best service, please be patient and respectful. The job description didn't say that there would people put money on the counter and get mad when you do the same with their change. Or people get upset at you because you're the only barista working and there's a line. There a little sign in our backroom that says, "Be the reason someone smiles today."
