“Cynthia in Target Dekalb in King of prussia go above and beyond to make sure she’ll get me a Pistachio latte. It’s been out in a lot of places and it’s no longer in their system. Had to go at their storage at the back to find me a pistachio sauce. I didn’t even asked her to do it. Great service! It really made my day.“

“I’m always on the road locating and ordering Starbucks… long story short, I ordered a drink from a location I couldn’t get to because of an exit closure. I called that store and they advised me if I took my receipt to another store they would honor the drink, which this store did with no hesitation! Very thankful“

“I’m not a Starbucks fan by any means, so why was I at this location near the country’s 4th largest mall? Because an 8-year old in the car wanted her pink drink, whatever that is.
I do love iced coffees and have a homemade version almost daily, but had no idea how to order one at Starbucks (only at Dunkin’). I told the driver and mom of said pink drink child what I like - regular cream and sugar but not too sweet, and voila, it was delish!
Drive thru service was friendly and efficient.“

“I love this location! The drive through is quick and the inside is always clean with cheerful baristas and team members. Great place to study or get a moment of quiet in between meetings.
My drinks are always perfect the first time and even when they’ve sold out of an item they’re helpful with alternatives.“
“James (Store manager) was attentive, great customer service proactive and very customer service oriented. And made my Matcha latte very good. The store was clean and very well interior design. Definitely I would come back here. 10/10 ❤️“
