Starbucks in Wilmington

“The parking lot is absolutely atrocious. People back into each other trying to get in/out and you can’t park anywhere else because there’s threatening towing signs up. But the baristas do a great job and seems like the employees like each other which I need because I don’t want bad energy in my seasonal pumpkin cheesecake frappe!“

“This is one of the most comfortable spots starbucks store I've been to just sit and have coffee in many years. They have lounge type seating Which is not very common in Starbucks.The only gets disadvantages of shortage of outlets but they do have enough“

“I go to Starbucks all over for years. Never have felt compelled to leave a review til visiting today both people that served me today (latte, pup cup and croissant) were so pleasant and genuinely sweet. My iced latte was perfect with no burnt taste like I sometimes receive at other locations and the croissant stuffer was actually hot with the cheese properly melted. My foster Doberman had no complaints about his pup cup either lol. Just wanted to thank both of them if they somehow see this and say thanks!“

“I don’t understand why Starbucks is in an ACME. If I wanted Starbucks, I’d go to Starbucks. Technically, it’s not Starbucks. It’s just a Starbucks kiosk. And the people getting their caffeine concoctions just block the way, forcing me to zigzag through the floral section or just go around the other end of the store. The question is, are they buying their coffee to enjoy while shopping? There are cup holders in the carts after all. They must be for holding something. Or are they getting it for the road? Either way, just move out of my way. And lastly, Starbucks coffee is a rip off. It’s more than a gallon of gas.“

“Overall solid location, but can be hit or miss at times with getting orders right, long waits, and occasionally having random system issues with card/app being down or the inside of the store closed (likely due to network and/or staffing issues). If I have the time I'll usually try the glen mills location over this one, but usually this is the closest so I go by default“

“Was in Starbuck's in The Target store conveniently located near the end of store. The woman who waits on her customers is a congenial, happy person welcoming you and is creating a nice environment. Had to wait in their seating area for a bit and was not asked to leave even though my friend and I were nursing our beverages and pretzels. Look forward to going again.“

“Oh my gosh, this is the best StarBucks ever I will not buy anywhere else. I go out of my way if I’m out and about and want a Starbucks, I will come all the way here and get it and then go back out wherever I was an hour away who knows. Everybody is so friendly so helpful so kind they really do go above and beyond. Adam is one of the best manager they ever had here. The cleanest StarBucks I’ve been in. Feels like family in here I love sitting here in the atmosphere. They all love my Granddaughter whom loves it here too. While Steam professional they do not ignore her. Everything I have ever tasted has always been delicious. Stop by and enjoy a special drink and bite to eat. Thank you everyone we really do appreciate you.“
