Amazing ice cream, amazing coffee and an awesome atmosphere. Everyone is always kind and their playlist is full of feel-good music. Plenty of seating, it's cozy but you're not all on top of each other. I've been thinking of bringing our daughter here to do her homeschool work while I get a coffee and her an ice cream!“

“I don’t post reviews. I didn’t have too much hope for a new Starbucks in the North Coventry area…The STAFF at this location is AMAZING! Efficient, kind, and just lovely! I refuse to visit any other Starbucks. My order is never incorrect and everyone is just so pleasant! I visit daily, sometimes twice, for my favorite coffee order-which they know by heart! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! It surely does not go unnoticed!“

While I was working, she hand delivered my food and drink, asked if I needed a water, and told me about the free refills they offer. Really above and beyond customer service. My ham and cheese croissant was warmed perfectly too :)“

“I was super tired this morning, but still in a decent mood trying to stay my usual positive self, so I placed a mobile order and went in store to pick up. Destiny helped me with my drinks (I had to make a last minute change to one) and she had THE BEST energy! She is so positive, vibrant, and easy to talk to. She really made my morning! She even wrote a special note on my coworkers cup, who was having a rough morning. Definitely will be returning to this location. The customer service is outstanding!“

“We come in every single day, everyone there is beyond friendly, they always ask how we are, they know what want as soon as we come in and they start making it. I have visited other DD's in the area and none of them measure up to the professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service like this place.“

“The family that runs this one is very nice. Double check your drink orders dough. If you are ordering a fancy latte for someone or yourself, make sure they don't forget to include the extra ingredient for whatever you're requesting. Example, if you order a vanilla latte and want pumpkin added to it, just double-check that they put the pumpkin in it before you leave. This is not a negative dig on anybody working inside because they are used to making standard drinks all the time. So if you order something fancy or complicated, just know they don't make your particular drink all the time and people make mistakes. Remember to be kind to everyone, this family is very kind.“

The cashier who helped me was just truly so helpful and patient that I demanded he get a raise. 6 Figured at least, make him the CEO, he will fix how overpriced things can be. He did it for us.“
