“I’ve had a bunch of lattes here and finally got a breakfast sandwich this morning…. I believe it was the Eggcredible breakfast sammy… Fluffy Egg, Amazing Turkey Sausage and Cooper Sharp on what has to be a scratch made Jalapeño & cheddar English style muffin!! 10/10 I will be stalking this place for more!!“

“I don’t post reviews. I didn’t have too much hope for a new Starbucks in the North Coventry area…The STAFF at this location is AMAZING! Efficient, kind, and just lovely! I refuse to visit any other Starbucks. My order is never incorrect and everyone is just so pleasant! I visit daily, sometimes twice, for my favorite coffee order-which they know by heart! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR DOING SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! It surely does not go unnoticed!“
“Huge shout-out to Urmi and Arifa! They are hands-down the best buristas I've ever encountered. They recognize me the moment I walk in and already know my order - a hot, dirty chai tea latte. I am so happy they still have the original ingredients because the new ones I've tried at other Starbucks are definitely not as good. These ladies make it perfectly every time with kindness, smiles, and speed and truly make my day. Thank you both for going above and beyond!!“

“I don't write a ton of reviews but honestly the nicest staff of any Starbucks I've been to. Sarah especially is so sweet. While I was working, she hand delivered my food and drink, asked if I needed a water, and told me about the free refills they offer. Really above and beyond customer service. My ham and cheese croissant was warmed perfectly too :)“

“I was super tired this morning, but still in a decent mood trying to stay my usual positive self, so I placed a mobile order and went in store to pick up. Destiny helped me with my drinks (I had to make a last minute change to one) and she had THE BEST energy! She is so positive, vibrant, and easy to talk to. She really made my morning! She even wrote a special note on my coworkers cup, who was having a rough morning. Definitely will be returning to this location. The customer service is outstanding!“

“I visit the Downingtown Kung Fu Tea a few times a week, and I absolutely LOVE their drinks! I always use their app, which makes ordering super easy. The staff is friendly, the manager is incredibly helpful, and the service is always fast and efficient. Their bubble tea is hands down the best around—I recommend this place to all my friends!“

“Collective Coffee is the absolute best! Not just because they have great coffee (which of course is a main draw), but also because of their kind and warm staff. They make it a couple notches above any other coffee shop. With coffee around every corner, you have to stand out and they do that with a beautiful and clean atmosphere, great coffee and the BEST staff. Emma, the morning barista, is amazing- always smiling, always kind and goes above and beyond! She makes my mornings awesome! 👏🏻 Keep doing what you’re doing, Collective! 💕“
