“Food is pretty good, but it's bar food, so nothing truly knocks you out ( cheesesteak is pretty darn good, this being Philly) but the service from the bartenders is always great, almost over the top. Prices on beer and cocktails are reasonable as well. Good place for a quick bite or drink, haven't had a bad experience here yet.“
“We had a good time here. Food was awesome. Our server was excellent. The only issue I had was the tipping situation. I was with a party of 6. We normally tip good. But this place takes out 20%. . I don't like a place telling me what to tip. That's not how that works. 80 dollars in a tip. Tipping how much is up to the customers.“
“As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find meat-free brunch options that can compare to traditional items. Sidecar Bar is the best brunch i’ve had in Philly! I got the Hippy Benny and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The ingredients were fresh and the potatoes were incredible. I went with a large group and some other favorites were the pancakes, the breakfast flatbread, and the Texan Benny. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat while still remaining casual and family friendly. Our server was friendly and attentive and it was all around a great experience! Definitely make Sidecar Bar your next Philly food destination!“

“service was impeccable! everyone seemed to be on a conveyor belt with how smoothly things came out to us. went about 430-5 for dinner. a few people in the bar, not too crowded. our waitress was so nice! I order dry wings which were crispy but juicy. & I ordered the chicken joseph. i ordered it for my dad who's name was Joe & Stingers was one of his favorite restaurants... the dish was plated & executed perfectly - just wasn't to my taste, sauce/gravy for chicken was a little too sweet. my mother ordered the same dish & loved it! so it's just my taste. looking forward to going back & trying new items! 10/10 recommend!“

“Cool table tennis spot. I attended an event here and there was plenty of food and drinks and friendly staff. Fun environment so I would recommend checking it out if you are in the area. If you are from out of town, there is a parking garage right across the street but it was $30 for 2 hours so just keep that in mind.“
“We stopped by after the Philly Love Run for a much needed brunch. It wasn’t full and we had a nice table upstairs by the window. The bartender is awesome! He made a perfect spicy Bloody Mary and was funny and helpful. Thanks for making out lunch great!!The menu online isn’t exactly what they have (at least for brunch) but what we had hit the spot. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive, additionally the wings were great. “I always enjoy the southwest salad and addressing. Really don't know much about the mixed drinks. But they do look good. I'm going to go back and try something different. I'm sure it'll be good. It's a well run restaurant now that it has a newer owner from years ago.Parking: Watch the meters because havertown loves to give a ticket. But in general, it's cheap.It's only a Dollar or so to eat dinner, relax for parking. If you go after the meter time which is dinner late, there was an problem but check.“

“Treat yourself to this place, it's a mixed crowd with young and old alike. The best thing about this place is the food and the Margerita towers. The service can be slow at times but well worth the wait. I can't stress enough how good the sautéed spinach is, and I never even liked spinach. The salmon egg rolls are to die for and just wow. Simple things like Mozzarella Sticks, delicious Meatballs in marinara, Fries Pickles and a surprising Shrimp Tempura plate that included mushrooms, zucchini and apples. I this was near home, 1518!would be our place, the hole in the wall with class, Everything was so good.Now, the beer: Is there ever a big beer that may be a little too drinkable? “I've been coming here since before it became The Station. Once the Station opened, it captured my heart. It's fun and diverse. The staff is helpful, kind and friendly. Drinks are properly mixed and made with love; you can literally taste the passion of mixology from the bartenders! The whole establishment is up to date on cleanliness. My favorite part of Station is if you're a single woman drinking alone, you feel safe!!! I've gone during my sober years and during my boozer years; it's fun regardless! “4 stars for great food, but... I don't think it is worth the prices. I had wings, salad, and a cocktail and the price was $50. I'd expect this level of food prep to be more about $30-$35. It is a hotel restaurant, and the service level from staff was a bit slow. There were a lot of hotel guests crowding the hostess area so much that I couldn't find it, so it took extra long to find someone that could seat me at a table.“

“We were traveling 4 generations deep following the San Diego Padres on an east coast trip. We did all the research we could on a nice B&B, with proximity to a bar and the stadium and we ended up a block away from this place. The neighborhoods vibe was safe and friendly, and the people inside this particular bar were cool and classy without a doubt. Shot out to the cool Martin who didn’t disappoint with anything he made. Had a side Caesar which looked like a large Caesar dressing and lettuce were fresh and cold. I haven’t had dinner in there in a long time but I remembered it was always good used to go for all u can eat spaghetti and clams or mussels a must try hidden gem to enjoy a nice dinner“
