“Let me tell you I had the best experience at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. I had my rehearsal lunch there for a large wedding party of 18. Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back to try more items!“

“We had a great night at the Meetinghouse. Great atmosphere on a Thursday night. Place was buzzing. We had some super food, a small menu but perfect. Kinda like tapas if you want to share. Tried the mystery wine, a gamble that didn't pay off for us, it was like a fruit wine. Safer with the white. Staff and service were excellent. Friendly place and enjoyed chatting to some locals. Worth a visit and glad we searched it out.“

Finally stopped in for lunch and got a hot beef & cheese (sharp provolone). While I love the modern day sandwich shops with crazy creative combinations, nothing beats a high quality yet simple sandwich like this. Fresh meat, roll, everything about it hit the spot. Added a bag of chips for $1 (sandwich was $15). My friend got the turkey special and loved it as well.

At first I thought maybe it was just a one off, but I stopped here a few times to grab a Philly Cheesesteak and it was still as good as the first time I’ve stopped here. Definitely better than Uncle Gus’ Steaks in Reading Terminal Market.

“A very nice and popular local brewery off Main Street and near the train station. I believe it was the first one in Lansdale. They have a great selection of home crafted brewed seasonal beers for sale on the first floor. All that I’ve tried tried were absolutely great. Downstairs is a bar, restaurant, tables, a stage and restrooms. The food is generous and delicious. The bar is old fashioned comfort where people get together and have fun. They offer entertainment and different events. Check their website for their latest schedule. . A very relaxing place to have a good time with friends.“

“Source Urban Brewery, Philadelphia, PA. I hate how much I enjoyed my visit to Source Urban Brewery. Why I wasn’t looking forward to this visit is a story for another time. The young women working this evening were awesomeness. I order the pretzel. It came with beer cheese. I told the young woman how much I loved beer cheese. She said it came with mustard and beer cheese but she could give me 2 beer cheeses. I said, ‘two beer cheese please.’ I have 3 beers each was better than the last. They all had a ton of flavor. They all tasted exactly as they were described. I think they are trying to be a higher end brewery. But, they have a big bar and you never what kind of crowd the Fillmore is going to bring in. Another young woman staffer told me she liked my shirt. If you follow me you know she won the shirt off my back—bonus video; 1. Win the shirt off my back shirt presentation. 2. Bathroom video.“

“If you haven’t tried the “rolls,” you’re missing out. Take it from a dude with moobs. I know good food. I f$cks with food. The cheesesteak rolls are delicious to the point of ordering an extra one because you’ll be mad you didn’t get another one. The salmon rolls are, again, one of the reasons Chase’s is a little gem. It’s what makes Philadelphia a city claim passionately. This food is made with love and I love this food!“

The frozen "Henny" (lmmfao) colda--.. that's not Henny.. that's whiskey, trust me, I have my certification. Long story. But TuuuuMmmmm... If you do not speak Spanish or know how to read Spanish that is not a problem here their menu is biligual, and so are the staff. This place is were I go to get a home style meal from the islands. My favorite is their sweet plantain, stewed chicken, arroz con gandules, and salad(***put oil and vinegar on it not salad dressing it cuts the fat from the food you're eating to refresh you pallet). They have tons of options to choose from too, just know that if you going here on a Saturday or Sunday be ready for a crowd because this is THE best place to go for Puerto Rican food in Philly!“
