It was my first time here, coming in after a walk through Fishtown/Port Richmond. The place is pretty chill, and while the crowd is not “diverse,” it's fine. I noticed that the staff was pretty quick with getting the food and drinks out. The hosts are laid back and had a “pop-up skee-ball tournament” on a Wednesday night. This place reminded me of a college town bar, and I would try it again. I had a mule and it was refreshing and pretty good.
Of course as an out of towner I had the Cheese steak. It was really good, the bread held up but was still soft, the steak was plenty and flavored (some places it's just a vessel to pile on onions and peppers with no tall flavor.) I really enjoyed the Cooper Sharp they used on it. Then the fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Massive assortment of canned beers and a decent amount of taps.

A bit of a mixed experience here. The drinks were fine, but service felt a little rushed, like they were eager to turn over tables even early in the evening. It wasn't bad, just not particularly welcoming for a solo traveler wanting to relax.
