“We went to Val’NTino’s for Valentine’s Day dinner with the family. Above and beyond our expectations!! His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“
