“Tried for the first time tonight - was very fresh and good options .Price was decent actually and for a small restaurant very good. Not sure why people are complaining about the price etc I mean it’s almost like people expect Buffet quantity for cheap. But again it’s Hagerstown so that says a lot as people seem to want a lot for nothing If that’s so than avoid. I eat sushi a lot and it’s VERY GOOD for the price ..“

“A very under-appreciated Chinese spot in the area, their service was quick and their food was absolutely delicious with such large portion sizes you'll have plenty of leftovers. Big fan of this place, especially if you want some classic Chinese goodness.“

“I love the food at Top China. It's very good Chinese food. The staff is friendly and efficient. And the restaurant is clean and comfortable (although I usually get takeout). I know other folks that go to Top China and they are also very pleased with it.“

“The best Chinese food around. I don't even bother to go anywhere else anymore. I haven't had a vast array of meals because I enjoy my go-to options very much (General Tsos and beef and broccoli). It's not your "average" place. It seems to me they make theyr own, vs getting the mass produced sameness you get at every other Chinese food restaurant.“

“Best food in town. Food is Delicious and the customer service is amazing. I visited there during the winter break, the girl there (I guess she’s the owner’s daughter). She’s really patient and kind, A+++ customer service. Will definitely order from them.“
