“While the food is consistently excellent and the location is very convenient, a few recurring issues keep this from being a five-star experience.
First, the service tends to be slow; I often see a single employee managing both food preparation and the register, which creates a bottleneck. Second, the dining area has been consistently untidy during my visits, with food on the floors and tables, and trash cans overflowing.
It seems like a staffing challenge, as the team is clearly working hard but can't keep up with the lobby maintenance. However, the food quality is so high that it still earns a solid four stars in my book.“
“Had the most wholesome experience ever here today.. I recently started coming back to this Chipotle since the service has been so much better recently. As I approached the register, I realized that since I just bought a new phone I never added my card back into Apple Pay, I went out to the car but since it's a rental car I didn't have my wallet in there. When I came back in, Michael, the employee checking me out at the register, (Guy with tattoos on his face) offered to pay for my meal out of his own pocket. He told me to not even worry about paying him back and to just pay it forward. My girlfriend and I were shocked, he was so kind about the whole situation! I came in a couple hours later and repaid him and gave him some extra to pay it forward to someone else. With the world we live in now we don't see a whole lot of kindness anymore, each time I have come in the past few months (I am a regular) he has always treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. He makes it feel so welcoming every time. This guy needs a raise! Thank you!! Definitely coming here again and again!!“
