We had the best waitress Mondays. . We were going to eat in Pittsburgh. we decided before heading to the airport to hit the roadhouse at 3. It never ever disappoints. I so forget her name. she had dark hair and was so sweet and prompt and just friendly. always love the food. never bad. . I give her 5 stars. .
My parents and I dinned on 4/20/25, and the experience was excellent!! The food was great as always, but what made the experience even better, was the service provided by Jenna! She was fun, friendly, attentive, quick, and on point with greetings, taking our order, and checking on us. I work in Food and Beverage management and it's always great to see excellent food, paired with excellent service! Huge props to Jenna! We'll be back!
The staff is very friendly. The food is always great. The only complaint I have is with the Italian dressing for the salad tastes like mustard. Why is there mustard being put in salad dressing? I love their salads but refuse to get one for that reason. I do love everything else about Texas Roadhouse. Please bring back the mozzarella twists and sauce.

Many customers have praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness, with one waitress named Kelsey receiving special mention for her excellent service. Recently, the restaurant has been recognized for combining great food with quick, attentive service, making for enjoyable dining experiences. The filet mignon is highly recommended, and the cheeseburgers are done properly—especially if requested medium. Parking is ample, but during busy times, spots can be limited. The restaurant also offers a gluten-free menu, and the atmosphere remains lively and welcoming.
