The bakery is bright, cheery and the baked goods and empanadas are to die for. Best bakery in this area! The staff are friendly and informative. Don't drive by without stopping for a tasty treat!
We were finally able to sample some pastries from this bake shop on Friday. Everything we purchased was delicious. It tasted wonderful and had very fresh and flaky dough! Can't wait to get back to try some other goodies!!

My husband and I have been vacationing here in the Poconos for about 10 years. We are from Maryland. We discovered Cakes and Scones several years ago and ever since, we make it a point to go to our favorite bakery, Cakes & Scones! Always have had the best scones, cakes (esp the chocolate lava cake!!), coffee, quiches, and pies!!!We bought a blueberry crumb pie this year and it was loaded with blueberries and not too sweet, but sweet enough!
