“Back on 2012 I would to go to John’s every Monday night for All you can eat pasta with my late husband and 4-6 other family members dept who was at our house or available. Going there wasn’t the same without him and they were so kind as to send a tray of pasta and a tray of meatballs at that terrible time but I went sporadically. Well today Nov13 2024 my new husbands and I were in the area and went to John’s. It was nice to be there and the food was sooooo good like it was back then and the service was as it always was Great! I was so glad we went. there were a lot of new faces. But I did ask for Michelle and heard she is there yet. Keep it up John’s. (Ezra and Anthony wouldn’t remember me but Adrianna would I hope to get there again soon!!”

“The crab rangoons here are some of my favorites around! We take advantage of most opportunities (since moving away) to get Yopo when we're back in the area. The Chinese restaurants closer to us just aren't quite as good as we're used to with Yopo.”

“I placed an order through DoorDash and the poor driver was waiting at this location for at least 25 minutes for the order. I received the order and it was missing 2 drinks. The bag was sealed so I know it wasn't the driver's fault. Every time I order from this location the order is missing things. The food was cold as usual. It's terrible.”

“Fabulous find. Great authentic food - made to order. It's not fast food, so be patient. The beet soup (borscht) with mushroom dumplings was great. Lech, the owner can out and spoke with us for a bit. Was there in September and will be back again soon. Not to be missed in Greentown / Ledgedale / Lake Wallenpaupack area just a few min off I 84.”

“The entire evening was incredible. The authentic German food reminded me of grandma’s. The owners are welcoming and make you feel at home. Not to mention 2 floors of antique gems. I’m sorry we didn’t discover this sooner but certainly will be back.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon at The French Manor. The food served for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The view from the top of the hill is really scenic. The staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in the Venice room. It was nicely decorated, but the bathroom would benefit from some updates with the plumbing (water can be forceful at times since it is well water). I would recommend staying in the spa suites as they looked more modern. The spa was very relaxing, and all guests have free access to the sauna and saltwater pool.”

I also love her gluten free baked goods. As a celiac I truly appreciate when someone makes the effort to have a yummy treat available with my coffee. Also, everything is so affordable so you can cheat on your Keurig more than once a week 😬”

“Wow! I can’t say enough about how good breakfast just was! We started with fresh really hot coffee. My friend had the creamed chipped beef which he said was delicious. I had eggs which were cooked just right, yummy hot home fries and crispy bacon. The toast was even toasted to perfection and the bacon just the way I like it, crispy! Looking forward to eating there again. Our server was excellent. What more could you ask for? ❤️”

“We were driving from Massachusetts to Virginia (we are musicians) and happen to randomly choose to stop at Isabella’s. The food was wonderful-fresh, big portions and delicious. I had the ciabatta grilled chicken with fresh mozzarella, red peppers arugula and balsamic glaze plus really good crispy fries. Husband had the tuna salad which was great too. Highly recommended.
