The worst customer service ever experienced, anywhere!! Ordered online. Order made wrong. Waited 20 minutes while they made other customer orders before they could be bothered to correct ours. Went to register and was yelled at, “they’re making it now!”
Absolutely the worst service I think is possible by any human being. From them not paying attention and making your order correct to the kid literally just dropping the bowls into the bag. Not a single care in the world from any of them. It’s sad. They are going to ruin that place. I’ve never seen service so horrible
Love Chipotle, but unfortunately always have some sort of issue with the Hanover, PA location. Ordered online today and the bowl they gave me was almost the complete opposite what I ordered while my wife’s bowl was roughly 50% correct. I received my requested sides and double checked my name on the receipt as well as my order details. Spent an hour with Chipotle support and eventually was able to get the order refunded at least.
