Forgetting bacon on a bacon, egg, and cheese?? Pathetic. Then expecting me to come back to get the bacon?? You just lost a customer.
The last 3 times I've gone to the drive up, something was missing. Please check orders before you hand them to the customer...and customers, check your order before you pull away. It's very irritating to have something missing. The lobby is closed and it's not right to have to get back in line when there are 5 or 6 cars in the drive up.
