“I would like to do the pros first because there are a few. The building is beautiful and nicely done. Our waitress worked hard. My French toast was great and my omelette was good. The cons: I would have addressed this with the staff because it’s not fair to have complaints and just do reviews but I was with someone who never says anything and would have been embarrassed if I had. But how will a business improve if they don’t get feedback? To start, my bagel was cold and hard. Left most of it. My home fries were cold. The pancakes were cold. Our waitress did everything: took orders, delivered meals, refilled coffees (when she had time which wasn’t often), set out ketchup bottles on all the tables, cleared and wiped tables…all while another young girl stood behind the bar talking all about herself to a customer and did nothing to help. We aren’t from the area so I’m not sure we’ll have the opportunity to be back but if we do get to Erie again I’d certainly give them another try.“

“we got here kinda late, but they were very accommodating. we ate dine-in, the manager, I believe she was, actually made a fresh pot of coffee for us and apologized for not having any fish when we asked for the 2 spicy fish sandwiches for $6.00 special but offered us the two classic roast beef instead..... Great customer satisfaction services!“

“I've been to Mexico many times and always loved the street food. This place is the closest to the food I have had in Mexico by far! Lovely people who own and run this place. I really hope they make it big! I want them around for many years to come.“

“I love Burger King their hamburgers are delicious I always get a dollar fry and a dollar hamburger and it fills me up just fine. It has a taste like it was cooked on a grill Outdoors which I like and my kids like the food too! They're friendly every time I go through they smile no matter who it is and not many fast food places do that cuz they are under a lot of stress and I know that any fast food place it's like that. There is a lot of work to be done and they're rushing around like Nobody's Business ! In spite of it all .... I am honored to buy my hamburg's and french fries at Burger King. I want to say that their french fries is the best! And I hope that the next time I go to Outer Banks on vacation there is Burger King there.“

“We love BLAZE! Decided to come after the movies and the ingredients were fresh and my son enjoyed the high rise dough. The team was friendly and made our pies with specificity. But most of all, the rewards are worth it! I got 50% off and a free pizza with my flames🔥 🔥. I just wish there was a second location on the east side of Erie.“

“Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.“

“We went to Arby's. Ordered three Classic Roast Beef sandwiches. Took home the extra one. Our dog, Annie, decided she wanted her roast beef too! Our 8 year old mini red dapple doxie (((helped herself))) to the sandwich. Ate the whole thing. :) She enjoyed every bite and so did we. The best part of this is that Annie has a lot of food allergies. She only eats sweet potatoes, prescription dog food, oatmeal and venison. In order to eat the prescription dog food she needs an antihistamine. When she ate the Classic Roast Beef, she was able to eat it without being medicated! So this story has an amazing ending. Annie found herself some quality meat. A great source of protein. Thanks Arby's for making quality roast beef. Annie will surely be back! :) She's a happy Diva dog tonight! :)“

“6/14/2025- went to the drive thru for a quick lunch with the kids and all of our meals were fresh & hot (especially the fries) nothing was greasy or overcooked. This has to be one if the best experiences with a BK in a while. Its easy to get in right before I-90 off peach and connects back to the traffic light below on Downs Drive to get on the highway pretty quickly or head back down peach to the mall. Great drive-thru service and reasonable prices.“

“I've been picking up delivery orders (and some of my own) since this location opened. The staff hasn't missed a beat. They're all still as friendly and helpful as they were on day one. I don't mind waiting because I know they are preparing food so it arrives to the customer (or makes it home) hot. Not to mention, I get to see some pretty great teamwork and comradely.

Parking: It's definitely an awkward parking lot... I truly don't know how to describe the best way to get in or out. I definitely advise that you be cautious exiting onto 38th Street. I found for me the easiest way is to enter on zimmerly Road, pass by the drive-thru window and loop back around to the parking lot.“

“We decided to stop by here for Lunch. We were a group of 7 people.

We ordered Chalupa, Quasadilla, Chips and Guac and a Drink.

We all loved everything we ordered.
The staff here was really sweet and nice.
I will highly recommend visiting this location if you are a Taco Bell lover. 😍“
