“I went to Crumbl yesterday and they had messed up my order which I didn’t notice until after they closed. So I went today to see if they could help me out. (Gave me a choc chip cookie instead of the choc cola brownie) I explained to the two guys working and they quickly helped to get my issues resolved and apologized for the mistake. You could tell they really cared that they had messed up and wanted to make it right! Huge shoutout to the great customer service! Thank you guys so much!“

“Look no further than these guys for the best shave ice you’ll ever have! They have a location in the Capital City Mall and also a truck that pops up at community events! The owners are awesome, the staff is super friendly, and their product is top notch! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I love Crumbl! The business is absolutely pristine inside with the wonderful smell of cookies baking. I’ve always had positive interactions with the employees and they are more than willing to be helpful. I will be a Crumbl fan for life! 🍪“
“I came to Dillsburg to visit family after almost 16 years and my last night I wanted ice cream. Superior taste and smoothness and the staff was friendly and scooped the best ice cream I've had in my adult life. It wont be another 16 years before I come back and have some more of this sweet treat!“
“great ice cream and old time atmosphere“

“Tiny ice cream shop. With a struggling AC. The girl behind the counter sweetly served all 24 of us! (We had called ahead) the scoop sizes varied a little, but I’m not complaining. We were a lot of people!
There is only 2 tables for seating. I’d like try one of the other locations, cause the ice cream was fabulous! They just need more seating, and the entire space was kinda cluttered. I’ll probably be back, cause I really appreciate high quality ice cream, but I don’t recommend coming with more than 5-6 people. And I’d consider this a takeout only.“
