The last two times I have refused to be served. Soda machine was broken today cash only. Not happy poor service.
My husband and I had a really crappy experience the last time we ordered from this location. My husband had ordered his food and then went to order my sub. Which would have been an Italian sub on a wrap. The kid working the counter could not tell him what was in an Italian wrap and kept asking what kind of meat he wanted so that clearly says that he was not trained properly or he's just dumb and doesn't know what he's doing. My boyfriend, two year old and I visited on Sunday around 1, 2pm and the young man who was working alone was one of the kindest subway workers I think I'd ever met... especially for seemingly being high school/freshly out of high school aged. He was very patient and did an amazing job and spoke to me very respectfully, as I reciprocated. Our subs were absolutely delicious, got a #11 Club and I split a ham and turkey Flatbread with my kiddo.
Subway is a popular restaurant known for its delicious subs and friendly service. The young staff member was described as exceptionally kind and patient, even when working alone. The manager, Dev, was praised for his excellent service and ability to run the location single-handedly. Customers appreciate the fresh bread, generous portions of meat, and the late operating hours that accommodate their schedules. Overall, Subway provides a positive dining experience.
