Wingstop is a solid location where many find the food to be good all in all. The hot wings, tenders, and cheese fries are mentioned as enjoyable, even when reheated. Customer service is often amazing, with staff giving detailed explanations and working super hard. The staff is polite and will correct wrong orders on the spot. However, some experiences note average service and occasional issues like a stuck front door or a messy drink station covered with spilled, syrupy drinks and general filth. Some feel the wings can be lower class for the area, noting that Underdog is better, but Wingstop is closer. While cleanliness can be a serious detractor, the overall experience leads many customers to want to go back.
