“Delicious pizza! The sauce and pepperoni team up to make the pizza taste great. The dough was baked to the perfect crisp. We got garlic knots and drizzled some of the garlic sauce onto some of the slices added flavor. The garlic knots were baked just right and they were topped with a delicious sauce with the right amount of cheese and seasoning. I'm not a wing guy, but my girlfriend said that they were good, too. I wish I knew about this pizzeria sooner. 5 ⭐🤌🏻“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“I was surprised to see so many bad reviews. I know everyone’s experience is different but I was in and out in less than a half hour. Sat down at 12:01 and had my food on my table at 12:15. My waitress asked several times if she could do anything else. And she was friendly. My worries for the bad reviews went away quickly.“

“We stopped in at Applebee’s tonight and overall had a good experience, thanks largely to our server Lexi and the manager, Adam.

We had about a 10-minute wait to be seated, which wasn’t bad. Once we sat down, Lexi greeted us right away, took our drink order, and got our kids’ meals started. We ordered two kids’ chicken tenders with fries, plus a side of applesauce and a side of strawberries. They don’t normally offer strawberries as a side, but for $1.75 she made it happen. It wasn’t a huge portion, but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate that request was appreciated.

Drinks came out quickly, and the kids’ food followed about 4 minutes after we ordered – incredibly fast, which is a huge help when you’ve got little ones. My wife and I both ordered the appetizer trio. I chose the pickle fries, crunchy shrimp, garlic parm boneless wings, and a side Caesar salad. My wife got mozzarella sticks, BBQ boneless wings, chicken wonton tacos, and an order of loaded waffle fries.

Unfortunately, after about a 25-minute wait, the food came out ice cold. On top of that, the sauces were served in large ramekins and had spilled over into the food, and the loaded waffle fries were burnt from sitting too long in the salamander. When Lexi came back to check on us and I explained the issue, she immediately grabbed her manager instead of making excuses.

Adam, the manager, came over, listened to everything, and handled it exactly how you’d hope. He offered to remake the food right away. I joked, “Not if it’s going to take another 25 minutes,” and he confidently said it wouldn’t and to give him about 5 minutes. It really felt like he went back there and took care of it himself, because within about 5 minutes, we had fresh, hot food in front of us. The difference was night and day. Yes, in total we waited around 40 minutes from the original order to finally getting food we could enjoy, but Adam absolutely owned the mistake and made it right without attitude or pushback. That goes a long way. We were happy to pay full price because of how professionally he handled it. Great job, Adam.

Lexi’s service throughout was friendly and attentive. At the end, she brought us boxes and a to-go bag for our leftovers – something you rarely see handled that thoughtfully anymore. Extra points for her hospitality.

Our bill was around $63 and we left a $15 tip. Despite the rocky start with the food, the way Adam and Lexi took care of us is the reason we’d consider coming back. Mistakes happen – it’s how you fix them that matters, and they did a great job.

On top of that, this was honestly one of the nicer Applebee’s locations I’ve been to. The layout felt open and comfortable, the dining area and bar were very clean, and the overall ambiance was relaxed and welcoming. Even the men’s restroom stood out — they had screens by the urinals, which I’ve never seen before in a casual restaurant and thought was a pretty cool touch. It all added up to a place that felt well cared for and intentionally maintained.“

Today they made a very difficult situation a little better.
Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield. We had to pull over to rearrange the seating with the dog in the Explorer. I went up to the window and asked if by chance had any Ice Cream to give our dog. I explained where we were headed and why. The owner said "Hold on 1 Minute". A minute later he came walking around the corner with a dish of Ice Creame for our Max. He asked if he could see him. I opened up the hatch and he gave him the ice creame and petted Max for a few minutes. Can't thank him enough. This little jesture of kindness was huge for us. “We were in the area and wanted to have pizza night. I looked at local places and saw that Bishop's was a full star higher than the surrounding pizza chains.
We got 1 pizza and an order of garlic wings. The crust was incredible! We were concerned that the 8 inch pie would be small but it was filling and just right.
The wings were CRISPY and cooked to perfection (I can't stand soggy wings and they were not soggy). I'm so happy to have randomly found this pizza joint, and we will definitely be returning!“

“We had such a great experience at the Applebee’s in Murrysville! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and upbeat. A special shout-out to Haley B—she was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing.

The food was just as impressive. I ordered the Fiesta Chicken, and it was bursting with flavor—perfectly cooked and seasoned. My partner had the Four Cheese Mac & Cheese with pepper chicken tenders, and it was rich, creamy, and downright delicious.

My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..

We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!

Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!
