Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers good service, despite some issues. The back booth area had a mildew smell, and the soda machine looked dirty. Some customers found the counter staff unfriendly and impatient. However, the onion rings are a favorite, being thin, panko breaded, and crunchy. Many wish for a Burger King-esque dipping sauce but are content with Heinz ketchup. Overall, it's a decent Dairy Queen, even though there have been past incidents.
