“A recent drop off at the UPS store lead me to an impromptu lunch decision. The aroma outside the shop drew me in to Mama Pepino’s for the first time today. I was greeted by the friendly owner, who took my counter/take out order and quickly prepared what is probably the BEST steak hoagie I have enjoyed from a pizza shop in quite some time. I ordered it exactly as it was listed on the menu. The owner did mention they bake their own hoagie rolls fresh and even after the 20 minute car ride home it held up very well and was still warm. But I’d be remiss to not mention the abundance of steak and toppings that hoagie bun held - very tasty and filling. With trends of prices rising and portions shrinking - THIS sandwich is a robust bite and good value! I know now to keep Mama Pepino’s on my radar when I am in the Irwin area.“

But it's McRib time and they are the only McDs in Westmoreland that has it at this point. I really dreaded going to this location. But the employees and food was above expectations. BUT....we committed to staying because someone gave the food a 5 stars review...and I see why. It was hands down the best breakfast I've had. Every part of that meal was a 5. Only the food, the coffee was awful, so not the beverages, just the food. I was in total shock. That cook needs a raise! Also,it's a shame, someone needs to clean this place up, and give the dining area a face lift. Because, the food their serving deserves to be served on a nice plate, and put on a clean, bought this century, booth. It also smells real bad, they need to open up the windows and let some fresh air in there.“

“Counter staff could be much friendlier. The lady checking out customers was VERY short tempered and impatient when my family and others were ordering. We were only giving our orders like normal, nothing slow about the order, so to be rushed and so rudely dealt with was un called for. Other people in line were commenting on how rude she was, so on a funnier note, we all were joining in on the eye rolls and head shakes.I normally only leave positive reviews for businesses, as I understand how difficult it is working with the public, but this lady was truly incorrigible.“

“The second floor!

My kids were so excited to stop at this McDonald’s specifically because it had a second floor! We have never seen one! It’s the little things in life really..

We ordered on the kiosk and received our food in a timely manner. Food was very good! Workers were pleasant and served with a smile. Fries were fresh! Fun happy meal toys!

Stairs to the upstairs had a few sticky marks, but overall, the restaurant was very clean on both floors. It was nice having a second floor away from the rush. Nice and quiet.

We really enjoyed our visit! Would definitely return!

But I only had 30 letters to work with, so I went with "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake" - but I really wished for an exclamation point, so I added this note in the comments section "If you could squeeze an exclamation point as a 31st character onto the cake that would be amazing to "Happy Birthday Billy and Cupcake!" - but if not the cake will still be great, just less enthusiastic.
