“I stopped in over the Memorial Day weekend. The place was very nicely remodeled and decorated but only had 3 slices of pie! How can you call yourself a pie shop and be out of pie at noon on a holiday weekend??? Like I said very nice inside and out but was out of pie!?!?!”

“Russell’s is my number one favorite bbq restaurant! Everything I’ve tried here is delicious and I’ve eaten most of the menu items and a good number of their weekly specials. They are always professional and friendly. My all time favorite food item here is the ribs. They are always cooked perfectly, fall off the bone, meaty, and great flavor! If there was a national rib scale this would definitely fall in the 9.5 out of 10!”

“We are from out of state and attended a dinner for a wake. In the adjoining room. Was a wedding reception. Our menu was set but delicious, a sampling of a chicken entree and a pork entree with potato wedges and broccoli. It came with a salad appetizer, rolls and an ice cream dessert. The food was good but I thought the broccoli could have cooked a little more. I have a big appetite so I would have liked bigger portions but others at my table didn't finish.
The exceptional part was the wait staff. The servers were polite, timely and very accommodating. Their patience was superb, especially since they were working both large parties. One of the best wait teams I have ever seen. Keep up the great work.”

Gary puts his heart into his orders, is great with communication, very reasonably priced, and he truly cares about the quality of his product before it leaves his bakery. I have reccomended him to friends and family and encourage anyone to try something he creates...you will not be disappointed!”

We stop in and had the chance to see the owner Bruce who knows my family and I knows his family. We had such a wonderful conversation and memories of family. I can only. I would rather go there and order food than order food from a pizza joint. This place is worth stopping in many times when you're in town.”
