We stop in and had the chance to see the owner Bruce who knows my family and I knows his family. We had such a wonderful conversation and memories of family. I can only. Say this place is beautiful this place is top notch. What Bruce and his staff has done to make this , you will just shake your head and say OMG this is awesome. . “Russell’s is my number one favorite bbq restaurant! Everything I’ve tried here is delicious and I’ve eaten most of the menu items and a good number of their weekly specials. They are always professional and friendly. My all time favorite food item here is the ribs. They are always cooked perfectly, fall off the bone, meaty, and great flavor! If there was a national rib scale this would definitely fall in the 9.5 out of 10!”

You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. My husband, who is the biggest food critic, couldn’t say enough good things about the flavor of the cupcake and luscious frosting! You definitely need to visit their location and be sure to get a Dubai chocolate latte… SO delicious!”

Drinks aren't ridiculously priced, and some of them are pretty good. The patrons and bartenders seem like decent people, and of any bar I've been to (which is not many!), more people-- strangers, really-- have approached me with unrequested kindness than anywhere else.”

Well, to our pleasure, everything is still great...the very reasonable prices, very good portions, and great food !!! We found out that the new operator has worked in the diner for 20 years under Nancy and very smartly didn't change anything when she took over the diner.”
