An absolute must-visit whenever you’re in North East Pennsylvania (NEPA)!
While Grotto Pizza famously launched as a beachside staple on the Delaware boardwalk, its heart is pure NEPA. It was created by Dominick Pulieri, a Wilkes-Barre native and King's College alum, who took his local roots south to chase a dream. Amazing pizza!
Great food and service. The atmosphere is lovely. A lot of seats in the restaurant gice a wonderful view of Harvey's Lake. Whenever we are in town, we stop here to eat. Highly recommend.

Based on the reviews, Grotto Pizza & the Grand Slam Sports Bar offers excellent service, with fast and thorough waitstaff and bartenders. The pizza and chicken Caesar wrap are great, and the wings are absolutely fantastic, with mild, great flavor and juicy meat. The blue cheese has nice chunks. The prices are a little high. There is a live musician playing guitar, and the cover songs are very tastefully done. The game room is off to the side of the enormous horseshoe bar. The whole experience is very nice and easy going. The staff is friendly, and the food comes relatively quick. There is an amazing view of the lake from the bar.
