“Overall, I have nothing but great things to say. Most beers are solid. When they have the hand pump beer, they are usually excellent. They could use another bartender at times as it does get very busy on nice days. Overall, inexpensive beers at a good price.“

“I absolutely love this place! I come here around twice a month, and I always get take out - the pulled pork shoulder with the crispy skin on top (they got to use scissors to cut it), yellow rice, beans, and the spicy green salsa when they have it. The mango juice (when available) in the cooler on your left while ordering is a great accompaniment! I enjoy talking to the other customers about what they like, and how great everything is.“

“I was having a sushi craving… and thought we would give Sushi Ocean a try. And it was so good!! We did take out, but went in to pick it up, it looked quaint and clean. Our food wasn’t quite ready, so the gal asked if we were waiting in our car and she would bring out to the car. Definitely a win for me as well as my kids. Will be going back again. The fish was fresh, and they were reasonably priced. Got a lot for our money!!“

“My husband and I went here last Saturday night and food was great however Mario's new restaurant was loud on that particular saturday night. There was an excellent singer there named Gene and we wanted to hear him sing but the noise from everyone else dining in the restaurant prevented us from hearing him. He had such a beautiful voice that we were unable to appreciate.“

“Their pizza is delicious, always get a white pie with spinach and mushrooms. Unfortunately their sandwiches are not as consistent. Just ordered three Panini sandwiches. Two veggies and one bruschetta. The bruschetta was as ordered and very good. We only received one veggie Panini and got some other grilled chicken with lettuce and tomato?? Also the veggie Panini on their menu and online says grilled eggplant, instead it was two large fried pieces of eggplant on each half. Very generous sandwich but couldn’t eat most of it because of the fried eggplant.😫“

“First time trying crumbl and this location was close by so we stopped in. I didn’t like it was only a few selections to choose from saying though we wanted to give our honest review. They were nice and warm I can say and great presentation. I just wish I could have tried more flavors. The churro was my favorite by far and the cookies an cream cheesecake not so much. I will return soon to try any new flavors.“

“I’m a cortado snob and they always deliver perfection. Plus their croissants are the best of any coffee shop I’ve been to in this area, which I think is all of them. It’s strange to have to even make note of this, but especially when I’m in a coffee shop, I really prefer being able to talk to a real live person to place my order and not have to navigate a touchscreen. Chatting with the baristas is part of the enjoyment and reason for leaving your home. So another five stars for human interaction. 😅“

“Pleasantly surprised upon finally finding a very solid Chinese restaurant. We’ve been in the area over 2 years and have lamented the lack of great Chinese food until my delivery order just came. I had orange chicken and steamed pork dumplings. Both were great. I don’t usually order orange chicken but glad I did tonight. I’ll be back for sure“

“This was my first dining experience at Piccolo and will not be the last! Staff - hostess, bar tender, and Manager were all very friendly and attentive. I am a fussy Italian cook, and I will say that the Pappardelle Bolognese was the best I ever had!!! Menu is extensive and can't wait to go back! If you enjoy a nice friendly atmosphere with delicious Italian cuisine, you will love this restaurant. I highly recommend the Pappardelle!“

“@halal_mexican is a hidden gem in Philadelphia that has some of the best HALAL Mexican cuisine that I’ve ever tasted. I love that I was able to find a Mexican halal spot. Pictured: -Flautas -Shrimp Chimichanga -Mini Corn on the Cob -Chicken Tacos -Steak Burrito Bowl My favorite item from there has to be the flautas. It’s a deep fried rolled chicken tacos served with pico de gallo and sour cream. Highly recommend this restaurant to all those seeking a tasty mexican restaurant with good service and halal food! “Though there was a mixup at first with our delivery driver, (my apologies for not updating the delivery instructions), the burgers were just as good as I remembered. As I told my husband last night, the burgers taste how Burger King wants to be. Flame grilled, flavorful, and always a double. I didn’t see an option to add cheese and bacon to my fries like there used to be but the fries were delicious regardless. My husband and I trailed off from getting delivery from this restaurant since the pandemic ended but perhaps after our dinner last night we’ll pick things back up. I miss my lava burger but the jalapeño burger was a nice substitute. Husband got the south Philly. Also, wasn’t there an option to switch your patty choice from beef to turkey? I digress. Still a five star meal. Might use DoorDash next time instead of Slice to avoid delivery confusion.“

“I was looking for roast crispy duck. I didn't want to go to Chinatown because its gotten rundown, yucky traffic, expensive parking and horrible SEPTA. I decided to stay in my neighborhood so I could walk. I worried about it being expensive. Chestnut Hill is high end and the restaurant looked pricey. What a WONDERFUL SURPRISE! I was a solo table but still treated like a queen with lots of servers checking in, giving water and smiling. The roast duck in black bean sauce on the cast iron plate was SCRUMPTIOUS. It comes with a healthy side of white rice and delicate, flavorful bok choi. The skin was crispy yet NOT oily or greasy. The CHUNKS of tender duck meat were excellent. The sauce was thick, savory and yummy. FOODGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The portion was so healthy that I was able to take a container home for lunch the next day. Then I ordered the Mudslide ice cream pie for dessert. PERFECTION. Dense, creamy, sweet but not cloying with nut accents, fresh strawberries and cream as garnish. Cool treat on a humid Summer night. When the bill came, I was shocked that it was less than $40. I did not order a cocktail because I wanted to concentrate on the food. I gave them a big tip and said I am absolutely returning. I am also addicted to their spring rolls too. Two perfect crunchy flaky rolls filled with a balanced combination of shrimp, cheese, and cabbage that you can dip in duck sauce or mustard or just enjoy plain.“

“2 Street Sammies was at the Upper Merion 4th of July. My family had the Brisket Cheesesteak, the Pulled Pork and Spinach, and the Roasted Pepper Pesto and Mozz sandwiches. They were SO FREAKIN' GOOD. Sure beat the garbage deep fried fair options that surrounded. I'd seek this truck out for another of each! Yum!“
