“Ordered chicken vindaloo medium heat & chicken 65 biranyi medium heat. Both were delicious! But I will caution - we found the medium spice a little too spicy. And we are usually good with the heat. But I think it might change as we get older!

Will do mild next time but it was super good. Loved all the carrot slivers in the biranyi!“

“My family and I had an incredible dining experience tonight at Umai. We had a special, Kinmedai aka Golden Eye Snapper that was so fresh and tasty, out of this world good! We also had a treat with broiled tuna cheek that was also outstanding. Otoro was so velvety and rich, spicy hotate, sweet ebi, unagi, fried crabs, incredible sushi rolls, savory Akadashi (my son ordered a second it was so good) and everything else we ordered tonight was just incredible. Thanks so much to Rae and his wonderful staff for one of the best meals I've ever had - the best sushi in this area for sure and such friendly excellent service to accompany it! 🙂 Thanks for such wonderful hospitality and all the extra goodies Rae. The meal was both sweet and savory. Outstanding and creative! The coffee was good and the toasted banana bread was out of this world. I can't wait to go back.“
