“The food is delicious. Everything they make is five stars.
My only complaint is they overpromise on there pick up time. For example, they will say it will be ready in 30 minutes but when I show up, it was actually ready 15 minutes ago ago, so I end up with a boardwalk pizza that is cold by the time i gets home. My feedback to them: be more precise with their pick up time. What I’ve done to combat it is drive over to pick up the pizza as soon as I make the phone call even if I’m waiting for a few moments. Nothing beats driving home with piping hot food.“

“Yesterday was my first visit there. First, there was a sign indicating an invitation to use their back patio. I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I was impressed that they were open in the middle of a rainy, cloudy Sunday afternoon. Their serving the ice cream cone in a little container was a cute addition.“

“I visited Surreal Creamery in Philadelphia just over a week ago, and it was an amazing experience! The creativity in both presentation and flavor really sets this place apart. I ordered one of their signature mason jar creations, and it was a perfect mix of rich, creamy ice cream and delicious toppings. The portion size was more than generous, and the staff was friendly and enthusiastic about helping me choose from their fun, colorful menu. “This place is Always busy!!
I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.
The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!
Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!
You get a good sized portion for the price
They have sizes from small all the way up to quart

“My Brother had been wanting to go there….so we pulled up today. I got a Strawberry Milkshake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. The presentation was beautiful. And it was delicious. I got a Fruity Pebbles Milkshake for my Daughter and it was delicious and looked amazing. I will definitely go again and try something different. Service is amazing! The young lady was very courteous.“

“Almost all of the flavors offered are wonderful. I love the rotating seasonal flavors and the fact that samples are offered so you can try things out. It is a bit pricey, but the ice cream is very high quality and many of the flavors are unique, so it is worth it. My favorite flavors are darkest chocolate and rainbow buttermilk frozen yogurt, both of which pair very well together!“

“Very popular ice cream joint famous for their water ice especially. They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. The really unique ones such as dragonfruit and pear come and go, they don’t stay permanently like the cherry and blue raspberry kinds so keep that in mind if you ever go and don’t see it on their menu“

“Please let me tell you I live for an hour and some odd minutes away from all day hoagie all day ice cream establishment.
I was bragging about the Hoagies to my friends, my sister I brought all of them down there at several different times and guess what they are in love with the food the cakes, the ice cream the sandwiches
it’s just a pleasant atmosphere and I’m just grateful that it’s a black on a establishment and I’m going to support them as long as I can. Thank you.

“My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“

“My mom requested a sundae bar for her 80th birthday and where better to get the ice cream than my favorite local creamery? We got quarts of vanilla, chocolate, vegan vanilla, vegan chocolate, and they even went out of their way to acquire the ingredients to make our all time favorite lemon poppy. Yum! Even my aunt who doesn’t like vanilla ice cream went back for second of vanilla because it was so delicious. Thanks, Crave, for helping make my mom’s 80th special.“

“Visited this establishment for the first time and I LOVE IT. My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. Not to mention, my daughter left her purse there early in the day (yes we we twice in 1 day ??♀️) and we didn't know it. Customer service was excellent. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Dre's has the BEST water ice and ice cream in Philly... and if your looking for gourmet ice cream try the sweet potato pie or banana pudding flavor they are to die for I noticed it at the retail location but it can also be found at all Browns Family Shop-rite stores.“
