“I prefer a good burger in a divey little spot like this for <$10 than some fancy waygu beef monstrosity topped with things I can’t pronounce for $30. Definitely a place you should check out if you’re in the Poconos. The burger and Italian sausage are both AMAZING here, and grilled right in front of you by an awesome bartender.“

“It has been a long while since I have been so driven as to write a review for a Hawley restaurant. The place speaks for itself.... for a restaurant with very little parking , you will find it FULL with reservations required. We have eaten there several times on a Thursday night during the early bird special menu and I highly recommend it . On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 14. I was referred to the Ridge and have in turn referred many others. A smaller , very comfortable place with 100 year old victorian architecture and some of the best food and broad selection of entrees that I have experienced anywhere in a long time.“

“The food is really good and you get a lot of it for your money. It's very sports bar feeling (not my favorite). The service is pretty good, not amazing, but I can't really complain.

Dietary restrictions: My wife is allergic to mushrooms and she was able to get stuff without mushrooms in it. They were accommodating in this way.“
