The burgers are always cooked perfectly, super juicy, and loaded with fresh toppings that actually taste fresh, not just thrown on.

You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The portions are solid, the food comes out hot, and everything just hits right every time. It’s one of those places where you go once and immediately know you’ll be back.

“After a disastrous trek with our kids to the Crayola MisManagement Experience, we were at our wits end. Tempers were short. Patience worn thin. And our appetites were monstrous. I was frantically scouring our path home for an easy detour with drive-thru. Slim pickin's. And then, like a beacon in the fog, we saw Vassi's. It had a ridiculously high rating on Google, and we could order ahead. Boom. Done. And let me tell you, I am not at all exaggerating when I say that I would absolutely drive up there again just to have another gyro with fries, or try the burgers, which my husband and daughter confirmed were great. And absolutely would have to try the milkshakes, because they looked fantastic. Driving home in rush-hour traffic was much more tolerable with full stomachs and happy tastebuds.“

“I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 35 years or so. This was a place that our kids loved to go, especially when they could sit underneath the giant sailfish. It’s an iconic place in the Lehigh Valley. The food is always excellent, but my favorite is the pizza.It’s consistently excellent-the best in the Lehigh Valley IMO. It has the perfect amount of tomato and delicious cheese on a thinner crunchy crust . The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We’ll never tire of coming here.“

“I want say that my expectations were fully exceeded by my visit on Tuesday (12/9) to TGIF (Quakertown). I found an old gift card and brought it into see if it still had value. The early mid day manager could not have been nicer in getting me set up with the full value of my card. We returned later that evening and had a terrific waitress who took great care and enthusiasm during our visit. The food was perfectly prepared , steak exactly cooked as ordered, fresh al dente broccoli and well seasoned rice. My dining partner enjoyed the generously portioned Cobb salad. All in all a great experience.“

The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I love cooking so I rarely if ever want to go out for a meal, but I can see us going there a few times a month. ❤️ Well done!“

“OMGGG! This place was AMAZING! And the food was soooo good! I had never been to a Perkins before but my husband knew them from down south. We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I tipped my waitress $20 bucks cause she was so great. Excellent first time ever experience and now I am a fan!“

They have a huge selection of beers and as someone who has traveled to Belgium before (known for great beer), I was surprised to see delirium on their menu. Pizzas have always been consistently good and I have tried several different ones at this point. It does get a bit crowded at times, and I will say that the noise level (because of the amount of people, main street, and music) can get a bit loud so it sometimes feels like you have to yell to talk, but it is expected with a big bar like they have. Overall great place.“

The grounds and the building were beautiful, the staff was helpful, experienced and had great energy, the food was exceptional, and everyone truly had the best time! “My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!“

“I finally made it to Eli's original steaks and subs... what a sin to have waited so long! these are the pinnacle of steaks in the valley, they rival the best on Philly for sure! strongly recommend. Eli's basic steak sandwich is phenomenal, and those made with the in-house ribeye are better yet. succulent meat, savory spices, and the bread is unbeatable do yourself a favor and get there a soon as possible if you like a great sandwich!“

“Had an appointment in the area so we stopped for breakfast. This place! It reminds me of when diner food was good good. We both got the fantastic 5, hubs got it with French toast, I got pancakes. The pancakes are huge and fluffy and delicious. Home fries were awesome and cooked perfect. Eggs and bacon done just right and even accommodated a special request to add on the blueberry compote. The coffee is pretty solid too.

This place isn't far from home, and we have few diners / breakfast places closer, but if I'm craving breakfast, I'm going to make the drive over here.
