“After a disastrous trek with our kids to the Crayola MisManagement Experience, we were at our wits end. Tempers were short. Patience worn thin. And our appetites were monstrous. I was frantically scouring our path home for an easy detour with drive-thru. Slim pickin's. And then, like a beacon in the fog, we saw Vassi's. It had a ridiculously high rating on Google, and we could order ahead. Boom. Done. And let me tell you, I am not at all exaggerating when I say that I would absolutely drive up there again just to have another gyro with fries, or try the burgers, which my husband and daughter confirmed were great. And absolutely would have to try the milkshakes, because they looked fantastic. Driving home in rush-hour traffic was much more tolerable with full stomachs and happy tastebuds.“

“I love this place! I’ve been coming here for 35 years or so. This was a place that our kids loved to go, especially when they could sit underneath the giant sailfish. It’s an iconic place in the Lehigh Valley. The food is always excellent, but my favorite is the pizza.It’s consistently excellent-the best in the Lehigh Valley IMO. It has the perfect amount of tomato and delicious cheese on a thinner crunchy crust . The staff are always friendly and welcoming. We’ll never tire of coming here.“

“Walked in and was greeted right away by a young lady behind the bar. I believe she said her name was Bree. The bar area was pretty full so our family of 6 made our way to the back to find a spacious dining area. We were greeted by a young man who gave us our menus and took our drink orders. I asked for a California cheesesteak but without a roll. It was absolutely amazing. The melted cheese and fresh crisp veggies added to the exceptional taste of the steak! My children ordered from the kids menu and the burger was plenty big enough to feed my 12 year old son! I highly recommend and will definitely be back! “Be warned, portions aren’t exactly big and the place is expensive but the food is good. Really nice bar and a cool interior. I think the standout here are the cocktails. They have very good bartenders because they’re the best I’ve had in Easton to this point. Service is good, all servers are very attentive but not all over you.“

Prices are more than fair and the comical fella serving was friendly and down to earth. “My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!“

“I want say that my expectations were fully exceeded by my visit on Tuesday (12/9) to TGIF (Quakertown). I found an old gift card and brought it into see if it still had value. The early mid day manager could not have been nicer in getting me set up with the full value of my card. We returned later that evening and had a terrific waitress who took great care and enthusiasm during our visit. The food was perfectly prepared , steak exactly cooked as ordered, fresh al dente broccoli and well seasoned rice. My dining partner enjoyed the generously portioned Cobb salad. All in all a great experience.“

“We were there today for the first time. it's really nice to have this close to home. Good quality ingredients, very fair pricing and a clean setting. I prefer to pay for good quality than to purchase mediocre food at lower price point. Service was very good. Attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Food tasted delicious! The salmon cake was better than any crab cake I've had. The NY Strip was very tender, flavorful beautifully plated. The pancake appetizer also delicious! You can bring your own wine (of course they have wine glasses). Keep in mind this is a learning environment. We were very pleased with the entire experience. I love cooking so I rarely if ever want to go out for a meal, but I can see us going there a few times a month. ❤️ Well done!“

The grounds and the building were beautiful, the staff was helpful, experienced and had great energy, the food was exceptional, and everyone truly had the best time! We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great. Didn't like the $2.50 upcharge if you want to substitute fruit for homefries and toast with your omelet- I didn't get a discount when I didn't get them - omelet was a nice size but I don't eat carbs. They are a little pricey $13.50 for just the omelet cause I asked for cheese. Overall it's a neighborhood place - nothing fancy. They omelet was packed with veggies so I was happy.“
