My favorite is the blueberry muffin, which is perfectly moist, has a crumb top, is the right amount of sweet, and doesn’t fall apart.
Reminds me of the one Whole Foods used to have back in the day, but better.

Always have a few vegan options: espresso cookie, a strawberry mousse cookie sandwich, a shortbread cookie, and a brownie are ones I’ve seen. All are very good and the prices are reasonable.

After reading the reviews, I was hoping we finally have a good Middle Eastern bakery/quick food place in the Lehigh Valley. Unfortunately, we still don't.

FOOD:
The chicken shawarma was dry (extremely skimpy on the sauce) and the chicken was burnt and tough/rubbery.

Hummus is okay, but lacks depth of flavor. Baklava was bland - tastes like plain sugar. The cookies are so-so. I've tried cookies that friends have brought back from the Middle East or made here at home, and Soumaya's are pretty tasteless in comparison.

The only things I think are decent are the pita bread and meat pie. Pita is soft. Meat pie has some depth of flavor to it.

SERVICE:
As far as service is concerned, it's so-so. The guy at the deli counter who makes the sandwiches is rude. He'll be nice only if you're a policeman. He should also stop being skimpy with the sauce in the shawarma. Cashiers and other servers are okay - they can be friendly.

The only good thing is that items are made fresh, hence the 2 stars. They just lack flavor. Prices are high, but that could be because of the Covid-induced food item shortages.

I think this establishment has business because there's no competition.“

Employee was absolutely so sweet to my son and I ! We ordered the best strawberry donuts they were 10/10 so fresh the strawberry taste ! We ordered the strawberry crullers and a chocolate Oreo ! The best bakery in the valley! The lady was so nice!“

“I needed a gift for a colleague so I stopped in for a box of cookies. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the shop. The boxes are so beautifully wrapped! She loved it. The flavor options are absolutely incredible. I got the cookies, some individual biscotti & a bag of biscotti bits [which I thought was a cool offering]. So far, we've only tried the biscotti but WOW!! They are simply perfect. Can't wait to try the rest.“

My son has been talking nonstop about how he wanted to eat at Paris Baguette when we came to visit over Christmas break so like a good mom, I made it happen. In terms of savory items we got the Pastry Frank and the Crab Meat Croquette. Both were warmed up for us and tasted delicious. My youngest son devoured the Crab Meat Croquette and said it was his favorite. Sweet pastries we had were the Strawberry Mochi donut, blueberry cream cheese pastry, Snowman King Cream donut (my personal favorite), Mr. Bear, and the Butter Cream Bread. Everything tasted fresh and had a light airy texture which is dangerous because you can easily eat so much of it because it’s that good! I also ordered a hot matcha latte which was also delightful.
