“Great to walk in this Saturday in November to meet Kathy and John and chat about their TOMATO 🍅 PIE @ $1.75 square. The two young men behind the counter were smart and helpful with picking and packing of the bakery items. After learning about the GRASSLAND BUTTER used in baking, plus more additional details, I purchased 1 square of tomato pie ($1.75), 2 cheese/fruit danish ($4.75 each), a 6 pack of ciabatta rolls ($3.00), a long loaf of cracked black pepper and Asiago bread ($7.75), an iced cinnamon roll ($3.75) and a 3 pack of these Scottish Tiffan ($3.60, refer to FB post) ALL $30. Now home, I perked a pot of coffee and sat down to enjoy the danish which imparts a delicious buttery dough, nice, generous middle of fruit filling with an underlay of cream cheese mixture spread. Oh, yum. 😋“

The owner is so incredibly talented - brought my vision to life (I said I wanted something nerdy/video game themed but still mature as it was for a 30th birthday party). I had a hard time choosing the flavor because they all sounded so delicious but I chose the Vanilla Cake with Italian Meringue Icing and Raspberry Filling. When I say it was the best cake I've ever had I mean it. Many others said the same thing. It was so flavorful, moist and beautifully decorated. “We looked for a cupcake shop near by. We didn't know that a great place was hear in Pberg. We were greated by a very pleasant mother and daughter team that were easy to talk to and ready to help us. We purchased a variety of cupcakes, crumbcake and cinnamon bun. Everything was delicious but, the lemon meringue and the strawberry cupcakes were our favorites. Everything was well worth the money.“

I called about 12 bakeries and none were willing to work with me to accomplish what I wanted (It did sound pretty complicated) The owner of this establishment cared about what I was saying and worked with me to get me nearly perfectly what I wanted and on the time frame with amazing pricing. “I stumbled across this little gem and I’m so glad I did. The cinnamon rolls are next level! soft, fluffy, perfectly gooey, and topped with just the right amount of icing and then some!. You can tell they’re made with care and high-quality ingredients because every bite is pure comfort and joy.

The bakery itself is warm and welcoming, with super friendly staff who clearly love what they do. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again (and I do!). If you’re a cinnamon roll lover, or even if you just have a soul, you need to treat yourself here.

“OMGGG! This place was AMAZING! And the food was soooo good! I had never been to a Perkins before but my husband knew them from down south. We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I tipped my waitress $20 bucks cause she was so great. Excellent first time ever experience and now I am a fan!“
