“I had an issue with a cake, which was my fault as I didn’t realize Chantilly icing was so delicate, but I cannot express how much I appreciate how it was handled. The manager, Michelle immediately offered to make me another, and was so accommodating and kind - as was the young lady who answered my call. It was a special cake for my daughter’s sweet 16, I am so appreciative for their astounding customer service at the Hermitage, PA location. Rest assured, they stand behind their delicious work!“

“My first time in this bakery looking for something to bring to a friends for a dessert to bring to dinner. I could not find prices anywhere on their items.I didn't understand why no prices. I ended up buying a cake didn't know the price until I got to their register it was $37.00 by the time you pay tax and the $3.00 fee for using a debit card. On top of that they have a tip jar by the register. You want a tip to just box my expensive cake? As far as the cake it was good but not worth 37 dollars good.“
