“Selection is decent, little off putting that everything was half cover with plastic wrap. Made me feel like a lot of it was not very fresh. Lighting is pretty bad, if there was signage for any of the products I sure couldn't find it. Donuts seemed a little under cooked and the cake donuts were just not good. Dry and lacked flavor. The filled ones were better. The woman who took care of us was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Loved the service but not the products unfortunately. M&m cookies were had a weird taste. Filled donuts would recommend for sure, the jam was sweet but tasty.“

The manager, Michelle immediately offered to make me another, and was so accommodating and kind - as was the young lady who answered my call. It was a special cake for my daughter’s sweet 16, I am so appreciative for their astounding customer service at the Hermitage, PA location. Rest assured, they stand behind their delicious work!“

“Today was my first time that I was inside of Jill’s Mixing Bowl, and I really loved how the staff were and the cinnamon roll that I had was really delicious!

The insides: Pastel colors with a small couch to relax on and a few tables and chairs.
