Dairy Queen in Hermitage

“Took mom there, mom being in wheelchair. As we were entering Brandon L immediately moved chairs from table for easy access for mom's wheelchair. Kudos to Brandon L!!!! The best reception we've received at a restaurant!! The place was clean and employees pleasant and had smiles on their faces. We did not feel out of place! The food was good and we enjoyed ourselves!“

“I've been to 3 different DQ Locations in the area in the last month or so, but this one Specifically was the BEST All around! Not only did they do the order absolutely PERFECT (for 5 ppl), an order consisting of several diff Iceream orders, but food ones too. The staff were Very Kind and friendly, and made a point to get our order down Exactly how everyone wanted. The Ice-cream and food were ALL Made ABSOLUTELY PERFECT And Soooo YUMMY too!
NOT ONE SINGLE "mess up" or "Error" (which I KNOW happens.. ppl are only human. Can't expect perfection. And it just happens sometimes).
I mean like; its Not uncommon if me or one of the kids don't get their extra caramel/hot fudge, etc. Or they'll accidentally forget something, Or go "Overboard". Well, NOT This time!
I Just want to say this DQ location has an AMAZING employee "Crew/Staff".
(We'll, for that shift anyway!)

Parking: Large parking lot woth LOTS of spaces and room to park.
Large enough to even have a small "kids" party there, Plus have parking still available for "reg" Walk-in/drive-thru customers.

Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere. Plenty of space inside for energetic kiddos who need their space! Staff Is VERY friendly.“
