“I received a pound cake, carrot cake muffin and chocolate chip cookie for a birthday gift. The box arrived wrapped quite well a day filled with inspirational quotes and some candies as well. The added treats were an unexpected and welcome surprise. While I didn't enjoy the cookie or the muffin, the pound cake was so fantastic that I ate almost half of it in one sitting!!! Light, airy, succulent morsels made a rainy day feel like a sun drenched oasis. Just the right amount of sugar and butter, didn't need the powdered sugar it came it. Ate some at room temp and some warmed, it is the perfect accompaniment for your favorite coffee or tea. You definitely want this pound cake at least once in life.“

Yes, some stuff is quite expensive, as is the nature of maintaining an inventory of truly authentic food, but there are also items priced almost the same as you would find them anywhere else. This in and of itself is impressive, and the selection is excellent.There is raw milk available and when you grab honey from the shelf, the live hive is on display right next to the assortment of raw honeys!“
