On 3/1/2024... I must have waited over 10 minutes to place my order. There were two cars in front of me. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes to get my food. They were not short on staff. This BK is the slowest.
After a previous BK location screwed up my order completely, I had gone to this BK to try and rectify my order, and while they were unable to due to how locations are set up, the employee on the drive-thru hooked me up with some free fries to make up for it along with my order and I’ll always appreciate that!!

So understaffed when I went but the drive through experience was better than some other fast food places who seem to be full staffed. He was very pleasant, apologized for the wait but, other than that, the food was good, hot and fresh. The next time I stopped there, I was getting random items for three people. The guy actually cared enough to suggest a way to order it so that I wouldn't pay as much. I really appreciated that. He didn't have to do that and most wouldn't.
