I was craving some crispy wings from KFC. so I drove through and ordered them. I was asked to pull around to the other side of the restaurant and wait for the order. It took over 10 minutes, but the server inside said that she had mentioned that to me. I waited. KFC in central Pennsylvania is known for its consistent quality and good customer service. The store is clean, and the staff often makes fresh food to ensure customers enjoy their meals without soggy chicken. Despite occasional long waits, the managers work hard to maintain smooth operations. Some customers have experienced loud conversations by staff, which can impact the dining experience. The drive-thru is a little cramped, so it may be challenging for larger vehicles. However, the food, including the classic chicken sandwich and famous bowl with large chicken pieces, is generally well-received. The classic chicken sandwich is particularly praised, as it features a single piece of chicken and comes with good pickles and various sauces. The cherry pie bites also exceed expectations, adding to a satisfying meal experience.
