The staff is known for their kindness and attentiveness, with one customer stating they were greeted and helped right away by a nice lady. Bagels are fresh and nicely toasted. The restaurant provides ample seating suitable for children. However, there are concerns regarding wheelchair accessibility. The order kiosks and counter ordering area can become congested during busy hours. Prices have increased. While the food quality is good, one customer found a sandwich only fair and noted no bread bowls were available, with some sodas empty at the machine. Smoothies seem more smooth, possibly made with puree, and are delicious. Chili was a little spicy but edible for those with low spice tolerance. Fruit cups were not recommended as they didn't seem very fresh and the melon was hard. Service can be inconsistent, with one experience being spot on and another being 1-star service, requiring a meal to be remade and leading to a wait with screaming kids.
