“We celebrated a birthday today at Jasmine Asian Bistro. I saw the menu online offered "vegetable" offerings with imitation meats. We were presented with the regular menu and when I asked for the vegetable menu it was presented in less than 15 sec. We all selected dishes from this menu and everything was delicious! This is a gem of a restaurant and hope to return. They also brought a dish of ice cream and cookie and sang Happy Birthday to my son!“

“My husband and his family have gotten food from Sandy (owner) since he was a little boy and now he is in his 40s with a family of his own. Even though we don't live close by for delivery anymore, we still order from them and I will go and pick up the food. Their food is delicious, the price are reasonable and the service is great. Sandy and her team are awesome. When I go to pick up my food and get to watch her in action, it amazes me how she remembers her customers' names, thus the loyalty she gets from repeated customers. She is so nice too. Not only do we order food for our meals, I also like to order her food for parties that I host. Price are reasonable and my guests always compliments the food. Less cooking I need to worry about. Some of our favorites when we order are: general tso chicken, fried wonton (my husband only like hers), sum gum lomein, pork fried rice, chicken wings, boneless spare ribs (one of the best...i tried other places... not the same), spare ribs, stir fry pork bean sprout (i don't see this on other Chinese food menu), sweet and sour chicken. Shrimp egg foo young, and her soups. We tried other items on her menu, but these are our favorites.“

“I have never left a review so quickly!! First timer and did pickup. O m g. This is the best, freshest Chinese food I’ve ever had. Any other place you cut open the chicken and it GRAY. “I sat at the bar of this Thai inspired restaurant; I highly enjoyed my visit under the care of Ivan. 12-3pn they host a 3 course prix fix menu, of which I chose the hot& sour soup, the watercress shrimp dumplings, and the Singapore noodles. My drinks were top notch and the service alike. Ivan made the perfect amount of small talk while serving the best examples of the drinks to offer, all while taking special care of each individual seated at his bar. The food was great, although I prefer the Thai palate, the food was flavorful and tamed to accommodate an American palate. I'd highly recommend this gem to anyone coming to park, especially during this 12-3 period. Ivan prepared perfect renditions of the signature Golden Lotus as well as a superb old fashioned.“

“SIMPLY THE BEST CHINESSE RESTAURANT IN THE AREA. We go all the way from Hatboro to this place because is good. They put lots of different vegetables. It is the best in this area. It is not gourmet but the average Chinese restaurant is the best. The people is super nice. The guy cooking is real Chinese and you can tell that he cares. You go to other places, and they just put a bunch of broccoli with a little bit of sauce and they call it Vegie Mix, here, you get a variety of vegetables. The food WAS NOT salty at all, natural.“

“Got a general tso combo platter. Super fast, the staff is very friendly, and the portion size is easily double anywhere else in east mount airy for a dollar or two less. Downside is the chicken was not crispy, and it was barely in the box for 5 minutes so i know it didnt get soggy that way. Also the fried rice and egg roll were only so so. Because of the huge portion im having some of the chicken for lunch the next day, 100 percent better cold so it isn't soggy.“

“I got the barbecue ribs and the flavor is great, I'm not a big fan of peas in my fried rice but their fried rice is okay. The soup looks really good, and they gave me the crispy wonton noodles. They also let me swap my egg roll for a spring roll which I prefer so that was really nice. The people that work in that shop are super nice and very helpful. I found out that they do actually deliver within a 5 mi radius. I think it'll be easier for me to order delivery next time parking was a bit of a pain.“

“I've been eating here since I was a kid and it's definitely just the best Chinese takeout I've had in the city. The general tsos are super good and have a nice flavor and consistency and the wings are also great. I prefer their fried rice as a side to their lo mein but can't go wrong with either. While there's other dishes I love these are the must haves, I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area and hungry for some Chinese takeout. Remember though, it's cash only.“

“Ordered takeout for dinner. The General Tso’s tofu was amazing, the crab rangoon were generously stuffed and they, along with the egg rolls, were fried perfectly. No greasy mess. The only disappointing part is that we didn’t get fortune cookies! Almost deducted a star for that one, but everything is very reasonably priced so I let it slide ;)

“I don’t understand the complaints. I always got really great food here. The general tso’s tofu was always great. The wonton soup was as well. In this area specifically, this is one of the best around. I don’t know if the same person is working the cash register, but a little boy always rung me up and he was perfectly kind. While also doing his homework on the job. The whole family was always very sweet to me.

When I am in town I don't hesitate to get my sesame and general tso on, taking some back home as well. Where I live now my spot is called" Asian Yummy ", the only equivalent to " Hot Wok ", but Hot wok will always be first. They need to expand!! I would invest into a chain of Hot woks!!!!“

“We discovered this restaurant through a group of Vietnamese on Facebook. We’ve been coming to Ben City market for years but never really tried their food, until we ordered their chicken dishes. Must try for sure!

The chicken was extremely tender and full of flavor. The Yellow Salted Chicken tasted even crunchier if you leave it in the fridge for a bit. Overall, food tasted awesome even after a 45 mins drive home!“

There’s always those bad seeds that pit in minimal effort. When I left the tip the lady asked “ are you going to leave a tip?” I said ABSOULTELY !! I always leave a tip for good service . And I told her 3 dollars and she said

“THATS IT!!!” I immediately yelled at her becuase i was offended.someone needs to teach the lady on the phone humility. So I stopped leaving tips!!!!! Becuase number one I’m buying food from your establishment so I’m still investing my money into your Bussiness when I can go elsewhere . Number two a tip is optional !!! You don’t dictate how much I tip. As long as your giving good Bussiness your tips will total from multiple customers and orders . DONT LET YOUR GREED BE YOUR DOWNFALL!!!. I will leave a tip moving forward but some you ever disrespect me becuase you want a 20 DOLLAR TIP FOR A 45 dollar order!!! I’m not rich and wealthy and you don’t manage my money . GOD BLESS“

We are sticklers for our Chinese food and have had some bad meals at many other places until we found China Chef and very rarely go elsewhere (only go to other places when looking for sushi or thai which China Chef doesn’t have either). “I have eaten hundreds of jjambong in restaurants all across the United States. I cannot believe the best jjambong I have ever eaten is in a tiny H mart food stall. You can taste the ‘wok hey’ smoky flavor in every bite. Both the soup base and noodles rival that of classic Chinese restaurants in Korea. The quantity of seafood is acceptable for the price. Their jjajang is also very good.

I would recommend the tofu jjambong and jjajang rice that comes with egg omelet.

As someone who is moving to a different city soon, this place will be sorely missed.
