“I come to this McDonalds very often - multiple times per week. I just want to say that their food is typically excellent. Cooked RIGHT and tastes good. (the only exception is bacon, often undercooked and not crispy, but that's a nitpick and seems to be common for fast food restaurants) This particular McDonalds at 1510 Oakland Ave is light-years better than the McDonalds on Wayne Ave!!! (they don't know how to cook anything right at that place) Seriously, this Oakland Ave location should give cooking lessons to the Wayne Ave McDonalds!! I'm not joking.

Anyway, kudos to the McDonalds crew here, they do a great job.“

“I've eaten here a number of times in recent weeks and I have lots of experience at the other Indiana McDonalds' locations. The food here at the 3100 Oakland Ave McDonalds has been very good. The fries are excellent, very unlike the fries at the other two Indiana McDonalds, where they are horrible routinely. Today, I stopped at lunchtime (Saturday) and they were very busy. The dual drive-through lines made quick work of many cars. And even though I had to pull ahead to wait for my order, the wait time was minimal and they were very courteous about it. Workers were pleasant and the whole place seems to operate efficiently. This location is definitely my pick for lunch at a McDonalds in this area.“

“I very frequently make a very daring and daunting order: a vanilla cone with cherry dip and sprinkles. Most fear the intensity of this creation and the mess it will create. A kind and small blonde gentleman this week did the unthinkable… He rolled the ice cream in sprinkles and added cherry dip on top. What resulted was a crunchy explosion of flavor that would have sent a victorian child to the gates of Saint Peter. 5 stars.“
