“The first time we used the touch screen and didn't realize their were 2 big breakfasts, we thought we ordered the one with hot cakes but we didn't. The manager was so understanding, she brought out the hot cakes for my husband for free. Now we will know next time.“

“My experience here hasn't always been great, BUT the 2 employees working tonight made me the 2 most amazing burritos of my life.
So my go to meal from Taco Bell is 2 extremely modified burritos because I like *flavor* and when we got it from the drive thru we went straight home and I took a shower. That said I didn't get to sit down and eat my burrito till like 30 minutes after I got it, but it was still very warm and not cold at all and I didn't have to microwave it. Then I bit into it and all of the flavor came out and the sauce I asked for was spread evenly throughout the entire thing. Every bite had a little bit of chicken, cheese, and sauce and I was so pleased about it. I called the store at 11:30pm to tell them they did an amazing job and the manager told me that 3 people had quit on them today so it was just the 2 of them in the store tonight.
Do I'd like to give a shout-out to Haley G and April Z for making my burritos an amazing meal and I hope that the store can get re-staffed soon so they're not so overworked.“

“This location was absolutely outstanding in helping with a mobile mess up! I'm constantly between Dubois and Punxsy. Usually my app automatically picks up the right restaurant based on my location but for some reason this Sunday, it didn"t switch from Punxsy to Dubois. Maybe bc I was just there Sat night? Anyway, I called Punxsy to explain and ask if they could keep our food in the warmer till we got there. They did better! They refrigerated our drinks and remade the sandwiches and nuggets! I was so grateful! Whoever was working August 6th 2023 during the dinner rush THANK YOU!“
