“Hmmmmm…I thought the ice cream was one of the most unique things I’ve seen here. They pour the cream on a freezer plate and smash and spread it into a frozen thin sheet and the cut and roll it into rolls so they can place it in a cup. Really cool to watch and even better to eat!!! Lastnight, I had Cookie Dough and tonight I had Cookies and Cream! Both excellent choices to finish the night after an evening of live music! “What a great find. From start to finish everything was terrific. We asked the hostess when were seated what was good as we’d never been there. Her answer was everything. She was entirely right. From the delicious pickled veggies and bread with compound butter to the multi greens salad, just over the top good. I had the double burger, cooked exactly to my request. Coupled with their special app of bacon wrapped asparagus. My wife had sautéed beef tips which was also cooked and seasoned perfectly. This was a meal that far surpassed our expectations in just how delicious everything was. Our lovely server, Lexi, also was a pleasure. We told the owner who stopped to ask how everything was that he and his staff were great and how much we enjoyed our dinner. If you’re in the Lancaster, PA area for a show or sightseeing put the Olde Mill Restaurant in Intercourse PA in the the gps. You’ll be glad you did. Merry & Doug Braun”

“I’ve visited the creamery at the farm and in their store. This is the best ice cream I’ve eaten!! I also had a pastry for breakfast. I think was called a rolled pastry or similar. It has several layers of ham and cheese inside a really tasty buttery pastry that looks like a French croissant. It was delicious!!”

“We stopped in for lunch on a recent anniversary trip to Lancaster. Hubby had the BBQ brisket with fries & collard greens & I had the beef tips over homemade mashed potatoes and baked beans. My meal came with a delicious piece of chocolate fudge cake, which we shared. The lady who runs the place was very sweet and the food was absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be repeat customers when we’re back up that way! We highly recommend!”

“Quite possibly the best soft pretzel I’ve ever had! Nice and buttery! The cheeseburger wasn’t great and the cheese was cold, but for the price I’m not mad. Also, that’s on me for getting a burger from a barbecue place lol I’m sure the chicken was great. They only took 1 order at a time which made the wait longer than expected. There was a nice little picnic area on wood chips right next to it, which was nice.”
