I'm usually waiting an additional 10-15 minutes longer. My order said it would be ready around 6:39, i received a message that my order was behind at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 6:53. Overall, the staff are friendly but just make sure to order week ahead of time“

Listen, people are going to say what their favorite steak shop is, this one is close to my house, but I’d still travel to Dalessandro’s , but this place is pretty much just as, if not better than Dalessandro’s. It’s a pricey sandwich, and I think it comes out to the same amount of 2 Dalessandro’s sandwiches, so there’s that statistical difference.

I ate half, split with my wife, and hulled out the other, then filled a Pyrex 7 cup bowl as seen in the picture, and that’s a lot! I have to say the this place edges out Dalessandro’s because you can sit down and eat at the tables or counter. Dalessandro’s used to have a space to eat inside, but since COVID, have not reopened it which is a shame. I have not had a pizza from this place , but I will.“

“Stopped in for lunch expecting to grab a couple of slices, but learned they don't serve by the slice—so I went with a personal pie instead. “The staff is very responsive to their patient’s needs. We came in on a busy Friday, Valentine’s day night because of heavy labored breathing that my son was experiencing. They quickly noticed even before we told them why we were there and took him back. He received an IV, High flow nasal cannula and chest x-ray. The doctors and nurses are very kind, patient and swift. There’s too many to name, but shout out to the staff in the ER that night and 5 West this weekend.“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta. “Walked here from the hotel I was staying at for dinner on Monday and it was tasty. Good value for the price. The only qualm was it felt the pizza wasn’t cooked enough to hold up with the toppings on it. Having said that I put too much on but my colleague had a composed pizza from their list and they said the same thing.

“Leslie, Was the associate that served me and greeted me at the register I cannot say enough on how polite she is how helpful she is, and just the all-around beautiful person and soul and was so very helpful and really turned my day around after having a horrible month to just have a small conversation with me when the dining room was emptied out and she had just a few minutes to spare. “First time here (2/22/25) and it was great. I had beef Pho and my wife had shrimp and chicken fried rice. Both were fantastic. Her fried rice was one of the best I’ve had in a really long time. I’ll def be back for that. The pho broth was great. The only thing different here than other places I’ve had Pho was that they didn’t give me mint with the jalapeño and bean sprouts. The service was a little slow as they were pretty busy but the owner was very apologetic. Almost too much but it was greatly appreciated because normally you don’t get that type of treatment. Even though the food came out slow he was top notch with keeping my water filled which is my primary must when it comes to restaurant service. And although it was just him working the front of the house he was serving everybody so attentively. And I think his wife was the only person in the back of the house. They did a wonderful job. Also that gave s a small salad that was quite tasty. I don’t know what kind of dressing it was but it was pretty darn good. Oh and we had the veggie spring rolls and chicken kabobs, both also good.“
