“The food is fine, the service is even fine just don't expect to receive your order on-time if you order ahead. I typically order before heading into work and it's never ready at the specified time. I'm usually waiting an additional 10-15 minutes longer. My order said it would be ready around 6:39, i received a message that my order was behind at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 6:53. Overall, the staff are friendly but just make sure to order week ahead of time“

I did call about the brownie—the manager, Mike, immediately took responsibility for the missing brownie. Within 15 minutes, Mike arrived at my work with not only a brownie but a new salad with double chicken. This is amazing service!! And certainly above and beyond my expectations. Verona is still an excellent spot. If I absolutely need a long hot pepper cheesesteak, I'll go to Del Rossi's in Philly. “A lowkey spot but great food and very clean. We so happened to stumble upon it and we were genuinely pleased from the 1st bite. We over heard someone picking up take out say that it was the best sushi he’s had and it was true. The price was great too. One plate of fried rice was enough to satisfy 2 people and then had about 18 pieces of sushi in total. Once finished, it didn’t make you feel sluggish and gross after eating. Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The selection was impressive, and everyone enjoyed the delicious pasta, chicken parm and bruschetta. “Pizzeria Salvy's DIY Pizza Making Class was so fun. When we arrived they started us off with a welcome drink of your choice from their menu and arancini which was perfect while you wait for the class to begin. Once class started we were shown how to work the dough by Pizzeria Salvy's chefs who took their time with everyone making sure we all got our dough right. Once our pizzas went into oven we sat back down and enjoyed delicious meatballs served with ricotta and fresh bread along with salad before enjoying our DIY Pizza. “I love CAVA! This location is great because there’s no hustle and bustle for the lunch hour. I went to get a bowl because marketing works on me and my reward points are about to expire. I was greeted with a big smile by Theresa. She was so kind to listen to my Generation Y banter and make my seasonal white sweet potato bowl. I especially appreciated Theresa’s custom recipe and guidance, something out of my norm Harissa Chicken Avocado bowl.

“Leslie, Was the associate that served me and greeted me at the register I cannot say enough on how polite she is how helpful she is, and just the all-around beautiful person and soul and was so very helpful and really turned my day around after having a horrible month to just have a small conversation with me when the dining room was emptied out and she had just a few minutes to spare. She used that time to tell me about One of the desserts I was asking about she was making prior to me talking to her and after our conversation, I wind up purchasing that specific dessert and it was amazing just like her personality once again I just want to say thank you your store is always playing atmosphere is always positive The food is always amazing and fresh and I can’t say enough about this place or Leslie and the rest of the workers that were working with her on that shift awesome team awesome people they knock it out of the park every time so just wanted to leave a positive review because of this. “I have been coming here for almost 25 years. The food is exceptional! We drive over 45 minutes for the ribs. It's always a struggle choosing between bbq chicken, beef, or pork ribs. So we usually get some of each! Coming to RibRack, I know I won't be disappointed paying for food that wasnt good.“
