“We went to Longworth’s for dinner for the first time. We have been there many times for breakfast and always had a great experience. However dinner was OUTSTANDING!!! The cream of broccoli soup was amazing. We had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend. Joanie was amazing and very polite and helpful. Will definitely be going back.”

“I had the most delicious Chicken Francaise at the Club at the Highlands tonight, accompanied by mashed potatoes and zucchini superbly prepared and artfully presented. The sauce was to die for! I had a generous side salad that came with my meal. My companion had the round Archbald pizza that was a considerable size for a very reasonable $12! We both enjoyed an Alligash draft beer. It was a quiet night, the dining room was comfortable with a nice ambience and our very attentive server took care of us quickly. All in all, we thought the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We enjoyed our meal at The Highlands very, very much!”

“My third time here & it is consistently great! Came in for their Sunday Dinner, drinks where perfect, apps great, but let’s give the meatballs a moment…maybe the best the area has to offer…and there are some really good ones in town. Perfect size, perfectly soft, really excellent. Had the spaghetti it was spot on, just right. Finished the meal with lovely desserts and house made chocolates the whole meal made me happy :)”

“I had bought some cookies for a gift. I put the order in online and told to pick up at a certain time. First i showed up right on time thinking they would be good to go. This was the first time I tried them. They were not ready when I got there. I was in a rush so that turned me off immediately. The cookies look beautiful and are designed pretty nice. For me. I am more of a simple cookie person. You put chocolate chips in and I'm good. However if you like that sort of thing I would say go for it. Just be prepared to wait a few extra minutes if you order online. It wouldn't be fair of me to say that all the frosting and extras aren't for me because most people like that.”

“Today, a friend and I had lunch here. While I am new to Indian cuisine, I knew I loved Bittoo’s Butter Chicken, but I always aim to try more and develop new tastes and experiences. The gentleman at the counter was BEYOND polite! He explained to me at my request the small street food items they had and helped me to pick things to try. He took the time to explain the ingredients to me and how it is prepared or served. After ordering we enjoyed ALL the food and a DELICIOUS dessert item. When looking for something new, you look for an experience like this, where someone takes the time to introduce you to things without judgement and with someone who cares about your experience and their cuisine and wants to share it. “We went to Casa Bella tonight. The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was fabulous. We ordered a tomato caprese appetizer. It was amazing!!! The BlackWatch cafe is adorable, cozy, so unique. The selection is so innovative so it has a lot more to offer than just coffee. They definitely have a foam art and they do not disappoint here. They have smoothie that people rave about as well! But can we talk about the building itself? The roaring fireplace at the entry is perfect for a winter’s day or Autumn night! It's loaded with history and decorated with classic literary and fan pieces, interesting conversation pieces, and fun works of art. Not to mention what Pat is doing with the outside patio…. it’s such an asset to Scranton and the sad thing is, no one knows it’s there! do yourself a favor, pass out DD and ⭐️ bucks for the BlackWatch Cafe Nay Aug Park in Scranton,PA!”
