On the particular day that I decided to give this location a try it was super busy. I mean there was a line, an actual line for pretzels. Even though it was busy the staff here were able to move through the line quickly. What I had ordered was actually in the oven so a little wait was in order for me. I didn't mind, that meant I was going to get a fresh pretzel. Who could argue with that? Only thing I didn't like was the upsale. They asked everyone if they wanted the upsale.
