Burger was hot but my fries were cold
If you like bacon, Wendy’s is for you. They have a lot of items with bacon and the staff even has t-shirts saying something like “you can never get enough bacon”. The drink machine advertises that you can get 100 combinations. It is self-serve, so it had a lot of splashes where folks missed or overfilled their cups. The bathrooms needed to be spruced up, though there was a sign saying to alert the front if you saw problems. I started to, but everyone at the counter...read full review

Wendy's offers a satisfying dining experience. Their food, such as the Baconator, is often warm and soft, with juicy meat. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make customers feel welcome, including their furry friends. The restaurant's area is clean and features a 100-drink fountain. The spicy nuggets were FIRE!! This Wendy's exceeded expectations, with workers who were very kind, and food that came out quickly and was tasty. The fries were some of the best fast food fries. The entire place, including the bathrooms, were well kept and clean.
However, customers have noted some inconsistencies. There have been instances where the order did not match the food received, such as a crispy chicken patty being served instead of a classic chicken sandwich. Additionally, some customers have reported receiving dried-up or cold food. Certain locations may also have issues with the fries being inconsistently hot, and customers not receiving the extra sauce they requested.
